Let me start by saying that I have worked restaurant’s my whole life, so I have a very good understanding of how things work and am very patient and understanding when I comes to mistakes, customer service, items being 86’d, etc…for example, when I order w milkshake at 7:30pm and the ice cream machine is down, I completely understand have no ill feelings about it. But it does upset me when I get to the pick up window and see the cleaning supplies next to the ice cream machine, I also understand that they broke it down and cleaned it early and just told me it was down cause they didnt feel like making it and having to clean it again. I know there is I cut off time when yall stop selling milkshakes and ice cream, but thats at 9 or 10pm. Knowing that, I went there early cause my 7yo daughter asked me for a milkshake and now i get to explain to her that she doesnt get one because the staff were too lazy to make it and broke the ice cream machine down before 730pm. There is no way that machine is broken as often as im told it is at this location, but ive never spoken on it until tonight when I saw the real reason I couldn’t get a milkshake…if nobody likes making them, maybe stop selling them…

Some days are good. Some bad. Bathrooms sinks stay filthy. One of two soap dispensers usually. Today no one said a word to me. Handed me my order and looked away. Move on down 301 to somewhere else.
So, I tried again today (12-17-25) and they got me again. At the drive thru. They got my entire order wrong, once they fixed it, it was rang up in a way that it cost me more money. It also ended up being wrong again. What in the world is the problem McDonald’s??? If they ever tell you to pull up and do not repeat the order, or give you a total, you better watch out! I would encourage everyone to find a local restaurant and give them your business. I usually do and have no problem at all.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s in the area. 9 times out of 10 they have an attitude. They have rang me up for the wrong order 2 different times. They won’t help you if they type the code in wrong. Avoid this McDonald’s go further down the road to the other one so much better.

I have twice visited this location in the last two week and they got my order wrong.
They are incompetent when I order by their numbers on the menu and screw it up. Burn me twice you won’t burn me again!!!

Gave me a very nasty demeanor about redeeming this card . She kept saying “this isn’t our location” and clearly it says any participating McDonald’s. Manager claimed they didn’t participate but I know someone who used one at this exact location . I also used to work for McDonald’s I know it could’ve been redeemed but I wasn’t in the mood to argue it . Sad my child couldn’t redeem her card .

The customer service from the woman in an orange hoody on September 14, 2025 was very dry & rude!! My frappe wasn’t made right & I paid for extra caramel & an expresso shot & didn’t receive it.. it was also in a small cup even though I ordered a medium. BIG THUMBS DOWN ON THIS LOCATION!!!!!
