We came in around 2am with a group of 6 and everyone ordered different types of subs. I got the Albasha sub. Unfortunately, two of the subs were made incorrectly, but the staff was very apologetic and quickly remade them, which we appreciated.
The food itself was good and definitely hit the spot for late-night munchies. However, the biggest downside was the cleanliness. Both the bathroom and the shop overall were very dirty, which made us question the hygiene of the restaurant.

Called in an order on 3/22/25 around 5pm, they took my order and told me what time to pick it up. I showed up at the time, 2 gentleman helped me out. These 2 were awesome, very polite and made it great to be there. Well if that isn’t enough, I pay and get home with the food!!!!! So I open the bag, and they have everything wrapped up so amazing I didn’t even want to open them. I ordered quite a bit, it was on time and amazing. The chicken shawarma i ordered was out of this world, the whole family loved what they got. Thank you, and i hope these 2 are here when I order again.

The subs are really bad, they taste like those cheap ones you get at gas stations or in Kroger.
The service was really good, ordered via Uber eats and it showed up quickly!

Did not receive my entire order, They told me that they had ran out of humus , so I asked for a different item or my money back , and they told me , sorry I have to contact door dash , ridiculous, bcus it is on them, it is not an issue with door dash. I’m very disappointed with my experience. I was visiting from out of state and placed two separate orders using two different cards. On my phone, both orders showed as confirmed with a pickup time.
When I arrived, the staff told me the second order was not in their system. Instead of trying to help or contacting the ordering platform, they told me that if I wanted the food, I would have to pay for it again.
I had proof of payment and the confirmation time, so I expected them to at least try to fix the issue. The attitude was dismissive and not helpful at all.
Because of this situation, I ended up leaving late and will be arriving back in my state later than planned.
I will be disputing the charge with my bank. I hope the restaurant improves how they handle customer problems in the future.

Broke my fast with these sandwiches and got food poisoning. I genuinely don’t like complaining but food poisoning is a terrible experience and I felt obligated to leave feedback
Update: I purchased the subs through Uber eats on Wednesday of last week. It was 2 Philly steak subs and 2 chicken pita subs It’s been 1 week and im still recovering from the food poisoning.

Never ever had a bad experience or sub from this place. I’ve lived in dearborn/dearborn heights my whole life and have been at albasha hundreds of times. Subs here are literal perfection. I get chicken/turkey/steak subs at least once a week and my family loves them even my picky 6 yr old will inhale a turkey or chicken sub from albasha any day of the week.

I ordered a 12” chicken sub that comes with lettuce tomatoes mayo and pickles. I ordered EXTRA tomato and they completely left tomatoes out. I also ordered it with waffle fries and they must’ve ran out bc they just gave me curly fries instead and didn’t call to let me know. The sub lacked flavor and it was dry mostly bc it was missing tomatoes, and it had very little lettuce. I ordered a side of spicy mayo and it was not spicy at all. Overall bad experience and will not order from here again.

The place is filthy!! they don’t wipe and clean the chairs nor the tables after customers get done eating, look at the amount grease on the chairs. plus the restroom is dirty and water all over the floor. It takes you a couple of minutes to clean after people, take some pride in your restaurant! Plus they got a printed paper advising that prices have changed next to their original menu, like dude get a new menu so people could how much your subs and sandwiches cost, but it’s a way to over charge people!! The food was decent and that’s all i am gonna say!
