Just went through the drive through and my food had a fly in it. It was absolutely disturbing having to find this midway through eating my meal. This is unacceptable and is evident that food safety practices are not being taken serious by checking for quality and being vigilant to catching these opportunities while serving customers their food.

Terrible. Ordered 3 different bowls and rangoons. Mushroom chicken (hardly any, mostly lo mein) walnut shrimp (pieces of shell still on the shrimp) and teriyaki chicken (also mostly rice). They were very stingy w the meat products. The bowls were mostly rice and lo mein. The lo mein was extremely dry. The Rangoons were burnt. DO NOT recommend.

It was honestly one of my best experiences there. People were nice, offered samples, and asked what I wanted in a non-overly pushy way. I got pretty full portions compared to sometimes, when it’s half empty. The lady was just really nice

Wife has a Gluten allergy and they were unwilling to accommodate her food request. The only option available was white rice. We have been to other locations and they have been able to make her food without any sauce. They claimed the company prevents them from changing the recipe even if it’s due to an allergy. Very disappointing.

First time having a bad experience with a Panda Express. I got home and after cutting the orange chicken open for my daughter I noticed a DISCOLORATION in the orange chicken. I then realized that MULTIPLE PIECES were raw on the inside (picture included). I’m not sure how often this happens, but I hope this can be fixed in order to ensure the safety of other customers.

Slacking. The food is dry and dirty, looks like its been from the day’s before. Employees are rude and manager is lazy. All they want to do is chat and swap stories. Instead of focusing on what needs to be done.

Picked up lunch on a Wednesday, the line at the he drive thru was backed up 10 deep plus so I decided to walk in. While it was busy I was able to secure my lunch within less than three minutes. Ordered a double kung pao on white steamed rice. Server behind the counter was quick and attentive. Place is clean and prices are reasonable. Food was good!
