Don’t even waste your time coming here, just go to another location, here they are extremely lazy and most are rude, every time I order wings with sauce, they bring these dry as wings out with no sauce, the first time I didn’t mind and just went in and got the to change it but it keeps happening and it’s annoying, it’s not what I paid for and I’m not sure about the wing process but if someone pays for something you get them exactly what they paid for.

It was my first time at this Popeyes location, and I was honestly surprised—in the best way. We received the best service we’ve ever had at any Popeyes. Diandra welcomed us with a big smile, was incredibly helpful, and handed us our order with such a positive attitude. Great experience overall! Will definitely be back!

Had a very horrible experience 9/25/25. We walked in and didn’t get greeted, the person in the photo didn’t want to serve us. She had an horrible attitude not only towards a worker there but towards us and it was horrible. She constantly mumbled under her breath, rolled her eyes consistently, constantly bucking her neck, it was horrible. She didn’t even want to ask us the sauces we wanted to throw point where what seemed to be a manager had to walk up and help serve us even he didn’t understand the hostility. She also decide to throw up the peace sign as we left. Very upsetting as we walked in very nice and greeting her etc. Don’t go here. They need better staff. P.s please don’t delete my review again or it will get taken to corporate, thanks!

I came here on a dark rainy night just after the winter solstice and if I could give this place 6 stars I would. The drive thru-excellent. The ordering- seamless. Price for my 12 piece nugget with fries that were perfectly fried and taste oh so good?- priceless. Added Bonus- my 12 piece had FOURTEEN PIECES! That’s 14 pieces for the price of 12. I don’t know where you can get that kind of deal around here. Best Popeyes on this side of the Mason Dixon line my friends. Go on and git some.

This location is horrendous at customer service. I get that it’s fast food and people are tired. The whole store which consisted of approx 5 workers all looked at me as I waited for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. When one worker gestured to his co workers to assist me they all looked at me and started looking at each other. I just walked out at that point because what in the heck was going on?? Not them standing there looking at me like my class of non verbal students. How weird, lazy and rude!!!

I’m not sure what nationality the brown man is that’s always at the drive thru. He’s so rude! I asked for a dipping sauce after ordering two separate orders and he REFUSED to give me a dipping sauce ONE dipping sauce!! Then he proceeds to slam the window in my face. Did the same thing to my mom! If you want to be disrespected and treated rudely go there. If not avoid! And my food was dry and nasty.

I cannot recommend this place. I tried their chicken dippers which I assumed would be hot food. It is not. They are room temperature and very chewy (think dried out, extra chewy greyish chicken jerky)…i was expecting crisp coated tender chicken. Even the sauce could not moisten and save them.

Placed the order on their app. They forget the French Fries. They gave us the wrong wing order. The chicken pieces we ordered were broken apart and not cooked well and cold! The whole experience was terrible! Take some time to check to make sure the order is correct. And take some pride with how you cook and present your products! Just a terrible experience!
