I paid $2.49 for 2 tablespoons of ice cream?? Anytime I order this ice cream cone it’s big – at least 4x than what I got today. Order took forever to get and when I did get it the ice cream was melted. I understand you’re busy but maybe make the ice cream right before giving to customer? Very dirty and filthy floors. Tables aren’t wiped down. Very disappointed. Staff didn’t offer refund or replacement. How were you not embarrassed to serve me this cone?

My 5 year old son loves McDonald’s so I end up going there a lot for treats or when I don’t have time between activities to make meals. It can be a pain to find ones with a play place. My son has been wanting to go to one with the games you can play on the touch screens, this one has 2 of them. The play structure isn’t very exciting but the slide is extra long. It also has a cute play area on the side that is musical themed and makes interactive sounds. I ordered a caramel flavored hot coffee (with a free drink monopoly coupon) and added whipped cream. I appreciated that they put caramel drizzle on top as well.

First of all the dude at the first window came at me and said sorry sir when I am clearly a woman and I don’t do the I identify as anything but a woman because all of that is just crazy anyways. But either way he said sorry sir there is no sausage no nothing. It is 5:05 in the morning and you’re telling me that you can’t make sausage and he said maybe 4 minutes I said okay I’ll wait he walks away does not take my money comes back after he talks in Spanish about me which I speak Spanish so I know what he said no it’s 10 minutes. Its 5:05 in the morning and you don’t have sausage and you’re speaking at me like I am a man calling me sir while I’ve done this job I worked for McDonald’s for 9 years and not once did I ever look at a woman and call them sir and then talk badly about them in another language hands down the most disgusting team I have met in my 9 years of service to McDonald’s and trust me I have met some really disgusting people working there

This place sucked. It shouldn’t have taken over 10 minutes to get a small chicken sandwich meal. Had maybe 5 other people inside. Other customers who came in after me got there order first. Not sure what the issue was and was offered no explanations or apologies. Only good thing about the food was warm fries.

this McDonald’s was exceptional today they had some of the best french fries and coffee that we have had in a while. The staff was exceptionally friendly and spoke both English and Spanish. I felt they were cheerful from the moment we walked in. Bathrooms in the store were exceptionally clean, and all the tables were without trash. Very wonderful experience thank you very much.

We ordered ice cream and told us it was out of stock and they asked us what else we want to replace it? We said a large coke and then they wanted to charge us for the coke. What a rip off! We ended up with nothing but paid for non existing ice cream!!!!!!!

I stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Parking lot was full but the restaurant was empty. Maybe the cars are all employees or maybe the next restaurant over. Bathroom was clean. I did ask for help with ordering on the kiosk.but the guy just walked away. Maybe he didn’t hear me. Idk. it’s got a play place for the kids and lots of seating. Some tables wrre dirty bit overall good visit. Was in and out within 10 mins.
