My husband went to get us some food tonight and we got back burgers COMPLETELY covered in salt on all our sandwiches. Went to call and they turned off the phones. Dont go here. They’ll try and poison you. We will try back when they decide to turn the phones back on.

The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly what we were hoping for. You could tell the team was hustling to keep up with orders, but they never let the pace affect the quality. Despite how busy it was, everyone maintained a positive attitude and kept things moving efficiently. I really respect the effort they put in to make sure customers were taken care of. It’s always nice to see hard work and good energy behind the counter, and it definitely made the experience even better.

got breakfast. ordered 3 two breakfast burrito things for 6 total, only got 3. my omelet biscuit looked skimpy and older than me. the ribeye biscuit was served on a busted up biscuit. i requested Mayo and ketchup, in the app it was on the receipt, and i had to wait over ten minutes for my order. it set me behind on my 2.5 hour drive i had ahead of me. i ordered a medium so the hash brown photo looks like that of a small.
update: Hardee’s reached out, asked me to fill out a form. i did so the same day. as original review. 2 weeks later I’ve had no reply or call from them.

While the burger and I had for my meal we’re very good and made from quality products there were two people in the store. If you do not mind the wait, the meals are worth it. I didn’t have an opportunity to observe the fullness of the atmosphere seemed like two people I’m trying to get food out quickly so I have nothing negative to say about the work itself for the workers it’s very clear that they are overworked and underappreciated

Katie the cashier was shouting the entire time we were here. The wait was very long and she greeted us by saying she was on Day 8 of a 9 day stretch. She was very loud and seemed very worked up about nothing. Very unpleasant experience.

I usually absolutely HATE coming to this location. The workers are always rude and the food is horrible. Tonight I was pleasantly surprised by the young man at the window. His name is TD and he was BY FAR the most polite worker I have come across in fast food. Period. Yall need to have him train the rest of your staff. I will frequent here more in hopes I run across him again. HE DESERVES A RAISE!!!
