My husband and I celebrated Valentine’s day early and we had a wonderful evening. This was my very first time eating here and I was really impressed. They food was amazing and so was the service.

Service was great. Food was good. We traveled an hour plus away on our anniversary to catch the with Chris 3 course for 55 deal. We had Ike hearts set on it and wanted to try the soups and salads. They sat us and said we are the only one in the USA that is lot offering that deal we’re sorry. It’s all over the corporate pages and all over social media but this particular one doesn’t offer it. They somewhat helped with our sides and gave us a small discount but never offered to uphold their deal. Apparently they were privately owned. One of the only of few in USA and make their own rules. This was the first time at a Ruth’s Chris also. Again our waitress was amazing but knowing we drove so far kn our anniversary we truly felt they could have offered th deal. We even chose this one over Destin location. Com to find out Destin was offering thr deal! Total let down and I literally cried at the table as my husband didn’t get what we anticipated due to the cost. While we came prepared for the deal.

Came here to send my husband off on a work trip and celebrate the success of our business, we wanted to watch the game and sit at the bar, which was empty. Management denied our request to sit in the bar room because it was reserved, understandable. Until I heard a server talking to another employee about the “fake reservations in the bar room” I didn’t catch more of the conversation, just thought it was strange. I have never known a restaurant (upscale or not) to deny a party of two for seating at the bar- mind you, not even a table in the “bar” room, just a seat to watch the game, grab a drink, a steak, and be on our way. I have lived in and out of mobile throughout my life, Ruth’s Chris has always been a great experience. We have been back twice since Mary resigned and as much as it pains me to say, it really has gone downhill. Food was great as usual, unfortunate scenario.

Went for my wife’s birthday. Have a wonderful experience. Ben was an incredible server, and made our night a little more easy and pleasant. The tomahawk was amazing. The dinnerware was nice and clean, the queens room is excellent for parties. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Everything we tried was far more pleasing than expected, and rich in flavors. The room we were seated in had a comfortably elegant atmosphere. Looking forward to returning in the future! The service, food, and atmosphere was fantastic, but my concern is the dress code. I was there Friday night and 2 couples walked in prior to us with shorts and tennis shoes. I was told by the hostess that as long as it has a Heim it’s okay, while my wife and I were dressed to the nine. So is it that Ruth Chris now has a dress code similar to Waffle house (no disrespect)?

This place is very nice. I Really like the way it is set up. Feels private while you eat. Food is always outstanding. It is very classy. The service is excellent. They always take good care of us. The sweet potato casserole is as good as my Grandma’s.

Absolutely the best. The steaks were incredible and martini was divine. Husband loved his steak as well and his margarita was delicious. The veal and mozzarella ravioli was scrumptious. Lance was the perfect gentleman server. That was the best experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Will go back again. Thank you Lance!
