went through drive thru and the guy working the speaker had such a positive uplifting energy. It was refreshing after a long crappy day. His energy literally made my night a good one. Food is fast food so you get what yiu get. I just really appreciate the druve thru guys positive energy and attitude and want to say thank you to him . Its a rarity to actually havw a positive custoner experience these days .

I haven’t been to a Jack in the Box for a long time, and it will be even longer before I go again! Jacked up prices for not great food. I wasn’t going to spend $10+ for a burger and opted for a cheap cheeseburger. I don’t know exactly what I expected, but Iit surely wasn’t to gag on the puddle of mustard they put on! I like mustard, but within reasonable parameters! It was basically like eating a mustard sandwich, you couldn’t taste anything else and it made that vomit twang in the back of the throat. Wiping it off the bun wasn’t fully an option since they didn’t give us napkins. Wiped as much as possible into the wrapper. Disappointing.

The place is such a barren wasteland. I wasn’t even sure it was open. Against my better judgment I went through the drive-through. Sat there for almost 2 minutes without anybody responding. Went to the window and they were just standing around ignoring my presence. Definitely don’t recommend. There are plenty of other places that are waiting to serve you.

Absolutely worst Jack-in-the-Box I’ve ever been to! My drink was half full with no straw, I asked for a medium fry and the lady gave me a small. She asked what kind of sauce we wanted, gave us everything we did not ask for. Drive thru lady was not nice, Neither was the other lady who gave me my straw after I went in. She was going to give it to the other couple, because she wasn’t paying attention. The tacos we ordered are super cold and the cheese is stiff. My extreme sausage sandwich only has one and a half sausage patties. Never will I go to this location!

Placed a mobile order on the JITB app at about 9:40 am. The app said it would be ready in 5-7 minutes. Arrived at the store about 9:45. No activity at drive-thru sign. No one at drive-thru window. Front door was locked. Young man sitting in a seat shipping on a drink, wearing an Orange Champion hoodie ignored me knocking on door. Looked at me briefly a couple times and continued sitting there, and buried his head in his hands.
I called the store’s phone number numerous times, called two different numbers on the sign showing the store’s hours leaving a message at one, while the other demanded a 14 digit number on a receipt which I didn’t have because no one was willing to help me.
Finally at about 10:20, a woman pulled in and unlocked the front door to go inside. I told her that I had placed a mobile order over a half hour a ago, and could not find a way to get my order. She told me there was only one employee there, but she would prepare my order, and she did, in less than 5 minutes (this is the reason I gave 2 stars, not 1). I still didn’t get a receipt, she couldn’t print one evidently.

There’s a large window sign that says their drive-thru is open 24 hours, although the sign on the doors has “10:00” written over the 24 hour drive-thru info.

If your feeling hungry. You should try the double sourdough patty melt. It is a very heavy burger if you have not eaten all day. I recommend it plus theres a lot to choose from that’s also filling in the stomach and not so much on the pocket. Friendly staff and establishment is clean.

No English understood here. Worse combo food we have ever eaten. The Sprite was flat. No cookies for the meal. Burger was a melted cheese mess. Taco meat extremely spicy. Done with this chain.

It’s 6:40 on Wednesday march 8th, theirs cars in the parking lot and no one is taking orders. Says its supposed to open at 6 but this is the 4th time i arrive after 6 and It’s not actually open. Super inconvenient and the staff usually takes a long time to prepare orders first thing in the morning as is. I can’t speak on the rest of the day but i know mornings are horrible at this location.
