This was my first time coming here, and overall I’m kind of disappointed. The atmosphere is nice, and their shakes are good, but when I ordered cheese fries I was not informed that the price is almost double that of regular fries, and they ended up not being that great. Nowhere on the menu does it state that adding cheese is a three dollar charge. It was almost $20 just for these three items.

Lots of options on the menu. Cobb salad was just iceberg lettuce and toppings. Olives were very old tasting. The chicken cordon Bleu sandwhich was delicious. Fish and chips were mediocre. French fries were okay, fry sauce saved the day. Staff was fine, none of them stood out as particularly nice or helpful. Probably won’t eat here again. We dined in, but still got all our food in nasty Styrofoam containers.

I’ve always loved coming to Barry’s but tonight was different from anything we’ve experienced before. We bought 3 meals, which had a total cost of $34. However, we upgraded 2 of the fries to tater tots and 2 of the drinks to small shakes. These upgrades added an additional $23 to our meal! After receiving the receipt, I could hardly believe the cost of each upgrade! $3 to upgrade each of the fries and the full cost of the shakes (not just an uncharge) plus extra if you get one of their LISTED shake flavors that has more than one flavor in it. Just be prepared to be overly charged if you decide to come in and change anything from the regular menu.

Typical diner atmosphere, ya like it or you don’t. We do. The food is great. We really enjoy the chicken taco. It really isn’t a Mexican taco at all, more like a delicious fried chicken salad in a burrito shell. So dang good. Fries are well seasoned and salted. Try the white sauce for your fries. It’s delicious. The burgers are tasty too! Really nice portion sizes.

The fish and chips were really good, but the salad wasn’t great. Still, no real complaints because the 4 pieces of fish were hot and tasty and I really didn’t have room for the salad anyway! ( I inhaled two pieces of fish before I thought to take a picture, so here’s a pic of the rest)

Good place to get a hamburger. I usually always get the #4 Deluxe cheeseburger comes with fries and a drink. They have a wide variety and most people love the white sauce here. They have ice cream and shakes as well.

I can honestly say this is the 1st time the food has been absolutely horrible!! Ordered a Deluxe Bacon Cheeseburger. And this is ALL the cheese that was put on it… and to top it off it was like it had been sitting for a while. Like I stated I have never had any issues until now.
