I asked for a strawberry açaí with lemonade and no inclusions. When I got it I immediately noticed that it was extremely pink. There’s nothing wrong with that but after years of ordering strawberry açaí lemonades I know that they’re never that color. They’re usually a lighter pink. When I tried it it tasted very watered down. I told the worker who handed it to me (she was very nice) and I assume a manager or lead came to speak to me saying that the base is made of water and if I don’t like the water taste I need to tell them that and add more base and that it’s usually a dollar more. I think it was just missing more lemonade. She made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about or how the drink is supposed to taste. I think she thought I just ordered a strawberry açaí without the lemonade. They attempted to fix it but it still doesn’t taste the way it usually does. You can tell the difference in colors in all the drinks I’ve gotten in the past. The pinkest one is the one I got today. The rest are the ones I’ve gotten in the past that taste the way I always order it. All in all, not a huge deal but ♀️

I’m really disappointed with this Starbucks location. I always order the same drink — a peppermint mocha — and it has never been made correctly. Instead of tasting like mocha and peppermint, it consistently tastes watery, like the flavors are missing altogether.
I’ve tried giving it multiple chances, but the drink quality is the same every time. It’s frustrating to pay Starbucks prices and not get the drink I ordered. I hope this location can improve consistency and actually make drinks with the proper ingredients and flavor.

This is my go-to Starbucks in Forney. The staff is very friendly and helpful, Kaitlyn was especially wonderful! I haven’t been a big coffee guy for a while, and she walked me through some of the fall drinks and I got to try the Apple Crisp shaken espresso. The wait can be a bit long at times, but it’s a busy Starbucks for a reason, the drinks are always well made and I love the chicken jalapeño wraps are to die for

Why are straws and cup stoppers no longer available for customers to grab themselves? We had to wait until an employee was available just to get one. Is this another poor corporate decision? Please bring the straws and stoppers back!

Barista that took my order rushed me through my whole drive thru order, couldn’t even understand my simple order for a creme frap and a iced latte with caramel which somehow ended up with pumpkin spice . I had 2 drinks and asked for a pup cup, both drinks were wrong and didn’t even get a pup cup. I don’t understand how she messed up my order so bad couldn’t even drink either drink. Also barista had a lousy attitude didn’t even gave me the chance to ask for my missing pup cup because she ran away so fast and hid in the back.

Today I ordered an Iced Shaken Hazelnut Oat Milk Espresso at the Starbucks drive-thru and requested light ice. To my disappointment, the drink was only about 3/4 full, and the milk tasted off. If they are going to serve less quantity, the price should be adjusted accordingly. Really frustrated with this experience
