Pho 37 on Steveston Highway is definitely one of my favorite spots for Vietnamese food! Their pho is amazing with a rich, tasty broth. It’s our go-to place. Perfect for a rainy day. The staff is super attentive. The rare beef pho is on point, and the fried spring roll is a great combo. One of my all-time favorites is the delicious charbroiled lemongrass shredded pork, which comes with spring rolls, salad and beef soup.

Stopped by here for a bite before work. First time here at Pho 37. I ended ordering their house special pho which has a bit of everything in it. My pho came out pretty quick. The broth was good and wasn’t oily on the surface
Price for this was $19…a bit higher than some other pho spots I’ve been to in East Van. I probably would come back again only if I happen to be in the area and am craving pho; otherwise there are other pho spots I rather would go to.

Been here many times and wanted to try something else other than Pho. If you come on a Monday, there is an extra 10 percent off.
Great food and acceptable prices makes me come back for more. Really like the sample platter for 2 if you are not feeling for soup and want something filling.
Service could be a little better as to refilling our tea and asking how our meal was for 5 stars, but for a Vietnamese restaurant it is pretty good already.
The atmosphere is small and compact and sometimes may need waiting in line.

I’ve had Pho at this place for years and noticed their quality is unstable. I always order the item, Pho#37 house special as it’s their signature dish that contains all sorts of meat in the bowl with a raw egg. Most of the time it is the best Pho noodle soup in town, but sometimes it’s extremely salty and unedible.
The lemongrass chicken rice on the hand, is always cooked perfect – juicy, tender and flavourful! It’s definitely one of the best lemongrass chicken rice in town!

Very small venue. Doesn’t have a diaper change area, but the bathroom is large as is the sink which can be used in a pinch to change your baby. One of our go to locations due to quality of food. 10% off on Monday’s too.

The location is smaller than their Capstan location but still plenty of space. Service is quick and fast. 10% off on Mondays. Everything is good so highly recommend their Spring rolls. Vietnamese coffee is great and creamy and rich. Green papaya salad with prawns is delicious.

I consider myself a pho aficionado. This is hands down the best pho beef noodle soup I have ever had!
First of the very friendly greeting when you come in, the smiling faces of the staff.
The smell was intoxicating as soon as I opened the door. Once my soup arrived wow was I in for a treat. The broth was incredible, this is the first thing I sample without any chilli oil or other toppings. Then the noodles, out of this world! Perfect chewy texture with a firm grip on my teeth. Then the beef, I have never had so much beef in a soup ever! Cooked to perfection! The rare on top and brisket on the bottom, just simple divine!
