We were there at 7pm on 11/26 with a party of 6. Ashley was our server and she was so sweet, fun, and very on top of things. Everything was wonderful and we all had a great experience! We meet at Applebee’s every time we all get together and we haven’t had a bad experience yet. We love it there.

I hate going to a restaurant an hour before close but after a late evening we found ourselves at Lavale Applebees with Brittany as our waitress! Brittany had great suggestions, brought humor to the table, and always kept our drinks filled and checked on us throughly! The whole process was quick and they got us out at close! A great Applebees experience thank you Brittany!

Everything was okay. The food was averaged the drinks were average but that’s what we expected. Really the only complaint I had is the bartender seemed more interested in talking to the other workers then waiting on us.

The service from the waitress was horrible!! We stacked cups on the end of the table and they were never taken when he came to check on us(pictured). Wasn’t helpful at all and gave no options for us while ordering from the menu. Stood around on his phone most of the time while he could’ve been helping us, or another table. The place was not busy at all and there should have been no reason for such bad service. I would give zero stars if I could. Overpriced and mediocre food with a horrible waitress! Do better!!!

Not sure if they were short staffed tonight, but our service was pretty bad. We saw our server Janice maybe 3 times (and she never came to check if our food came out good). She took our method of payment and walked by us multiple times before she gave our card back. It was about 10 minutes before we asked if we could have it back lol

I came in last night not really knowing what I wanted , after being seated my server Brittany immediately greeted me with a friendly smile . As we talked she recommended I get the ribeye steak and it was delicious ! She made sure to check in on me very frequently and refilled my cup when needed . If able to give more than 5 stars I definitely would’ve!

My favorite spot in town. The staff is always on point and makes sure you feel taken care of. Brittney is one of my favorite servers she never fails to make sure we leave with smiles on our faces and full bellies.
