This is the second time in six months that I have ordered food from this location and it ended up being raw. The first time being only thé quarter pounder that was raw. This time it was the quarter pounder and even the nuggets (which upon first bite I could tell something was off.)
I contacted management before, and they basically brushed it off and this time while trying to contact them they have their phone off the line to be “busy.”
I’m just really sick of this and it’s very disappointing as this time I was only one of two people in the drive thru.
I even stopped going to this location for a bit in hopes that they would get better. It did not.
This location needs to be better and take food safety seriously.

I keep trying this McDonald’s because I live on Waters. Never again. Their sodas are flat or taste weird. Fries are undercooked and undersalted. I ordered a cheese burger, and they gave me ONLY a meat patty and buns. Also half the time they have an attitude or just act like they don’t care about life, let alone their jobs.

This place is HORRIBLE! DON’T EAT HERE. THE MANAGER IS RUDE. AND UNCARING! I brought my brother who is disabled here for lunch. I ordered the Grinch meal. My order came out wrong. They would not replace my order with the correct item. My brother does not understand why he didn’t get the box and toy. I had to buy another Happy Meal to get the box and toy. Alexis should not be a manager. McDonald you need to do sensitivity training with your employees. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!

Does not support mobile workers. All outlets have blank covers over them. I won’t be spending my money here in any meals and nor will any other mobile worker. I understand their is a massive homeless population. However, now you also drive away the working class.

I love eating at all McDonald’s but the service is sometimes not very good, but in this store someone comes to pick up an order and the guy was so polite that he deserves to give it five stars. Sunday 9:24am a guy in charge of delivering the orders

Visited on 11/04/2025 at 10:33 a.m. and ordered a Spicy McCrispy Meal. It was a very disappointing experience. The sandwich bun was completely burnt, had almost no sauce, and looked old. The employee handing out the food was coughing without covering her mouth, and the cashier had a very rude attitude as if helping customers was a problem. On top of that, while I was waiting at the window, I could hear the employees talking badly about another customer who had ordered their food with special ingredients, not caring that I was right there listening. It was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable, as if they wanted to make customers feel unwelcome. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable returning my food because the environment felt tense and unfriendly. I am including my receipt number 1255 so the owner or manager can identify who was working at that time. This location urgently needs to improve hygiene, attitude, and customer service.

McDonald’s I have to say I was surprised on this one… I really did stop going to McDonald’s and when I did it was really for my son. Store # 37386 really pulled it around for me I got a fish fillet sandwich something I enjoy. Of course I would have to come back to the store where I use to work for after all these years. Thank you for bringing back a customer and employee from so many years ago . It takes where you grow up at to change perspective in the small things we forget about. As soon as I opened my chicken nuggets, they’re very thin and horrible. I know it’s not this restaurant’s fault. McDonald’s is going down hill. I guess with the five dollar meal deal they have to make the food bad so they can charge that. It’s not worth it. Also, they’re paying the employees higher rates. The customer has to incur the cost for that as well. I’m done with McDonald’s.

Never fails McDonald’s always drops the ball. Last week they forgot my hash brown. This week I didn’t get a spoon with my oatmeal I’m always the first person of the day. How do you make mistakes with the first person of the day. Smdh literally the job is not hard. I use to work at McDonalds as my first job. It’s definitely doable.
