How the hell do you get a McDouble plain wrong? I understand it for getting to remove a condiment but removing a whole entire Patty is freaking ridiculous and I want my money back

There is always an issue everytime I order from this location. Today I placed an order through McDelivery. There were no napkins, no straws for the drinks, one of the drinks was incorrect, the sauce for the nuggets was missing, there was no extra kids fry in the happy meal, and my fries were only half-filled (see picture).

It took about ten minutes for my order which was an egg McMuffin meal. I would’ve liked to eat in but it was not available! It wasn’t terribly busy, but no dine in option! While I was waiting, an older gentleman began screaming and yelling profanities at an employee!!!! I grabbed my order and left. I ate my meal in my vehicle which was in the parking lot. The food tasted fine but is was cold! Not sure if I will be back!

We went through the drive thru. The girl that was taking our order spoke so fast we did not understand her when she asked if we were using the mobile app. It sounded as if she said, “Will you be using the MO Wap.” We let her know we had a code from the survey, from our previous visit, for buy one get one free. She told us she would add it once we got to the window to pay. When we got to the window we paid for our food and went to the next window to pick up our food. When I got home, I realized the receipt did not show the buy one get one free, she gave us buy one sandwich get one $1. I was not about to go back for just $1. But sometimes budgets are tight and you want to splurge and you might not have that extra dollar to spend. So just be mindful of your receipts and your order, especially if you’re using a promo code. But at least our breakfast sandwiches and hash browns were hot.

Simply asked for 4 piece chicken nuggets and instead I get a cheese burger! It’s a constant issue with this McDonalds and I called and eventually got hung up on!!! Completely horrible! & I work in a restaurant at that!!!

This is the last time I’m getting my food here. They’re trying to say I didn’t order my order here when clearly the receipt has the address on it and I gotta go through my credit card to get a refund. The girl even at the order and you told me my name when I gave her my order number. Train your employees and do better.

Ordered Uber eats, the fries were delicious but my Big Mac bread was hard, the hamburger meat was dried out. I was disappointed as I was looking forward to a Big Mac.

We went through the drive thru, paid never got the food, and had to go inside to get it. How inconvenient. When I got home my order was wrong. Big Mac meal was ordered and paid for my son went inside and he got chicken nuggets. When you’re hungry you eat what you get, not what you want.
