We came here for breakfast, and Donna was our server. We were seated immediately. Donna was incredible- very friendly, informative, and welcoming. I got a build-your-own omelette with spinach, bacon, and cheddar cheese. I got my order 10 minutes after placing it, which was pretty good. The omelette was delicious. I think it could have used a little more filling (bacon and cheese) but it tasted great anyway. The hash browns were perfectly cooked. I did not get any pancakes or items that warranted syrup, but I liked that they had different syrup options because the IHOP close to us at home does not. Overall, we had a really nice time here and I would definitely recommend this location!

IHOP in Apex is always extremely busy, especially on weekend mornings, and unfortunately, our visit was more frustrating than enjoyable. From the start, we found ourselves waiting—for a seat, then again to place our order, and finally what felt like an eternity for the food to arrive. The parking lot being full should have been a sign of the wait ahead.
Our server wasn’t very attentive and made multiple mistakes. Instead of sweet tea, we were given unsweetened tea, and when the food did come, it was disappointing. The smiley pancake looked more like a frown, and the avocado toast—at nearly $15—was basically just a very dry piece of toast with sliced avocado on top. Nothing else to elevate it. To make things worse, our side of fruit was forgotten, and we had to take it to go once we reminded her.
The experience ended with yet another mistake: a check with more than six items added incorrectly. Thankfully, we caught it before paying, but what was most disappointing was the lack of acknowledgment or apology from our waitress.
Overall, this visit was not a good use of our time or money. Between the long waits, inattentive service, and lackluster food, it’s hard to recommend this location—especially when there are plenty of other breakfast spots in the area.

We had lunch at IHOP today. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Ordered three items all of which were very delicious. Only complain I have is it took a while to get served. Other than that I and my family had a great time.

I never had pancakes in ihop, so i went in with no expectations. I ordered their strawberry cheesecake pan cake meal and it was legit bad, when a pancake sticks in your mouth while trying to chew you can understand the quality of ingredients used.
While the food was bad the service was good and the restaurant was mostly empty on a friday evening.

I enjoyed my experience at IHOP in Apex. The waitress and server were friendly and I received my food fast and hot. I would recommend my family and friends to go and have the same experience. The manager came over to serve coffee and asked if we needed anything. That’s excellent customer service.

We stopped by IHOP late on Halloween night, and I just want to express how grateful we are for the amazing service! Even though it was late and everyone must have been tired, the staff continued to serve with smiles, patience, and great energy. The food came out hot and delicious, and the atmosphere felt welcoming.

Went tonight with my husband and daughter and the food was better than anticipated. We frequent IHOP when on trips because the food is fairly consistent. Idk if it’s because I was so hungry, but the regular french toast that came with the ‘split decision’ I ordered was one of the best I’ve ever had. The bacon was undercooked, but everything else was perfect. My daughter ate most of her meal and my husband enjoyed his. We left full and happy. Our server was also really sweet and more than willing to help us with anything we needed. Great experience. I was surprised there were only 2-3 other tables at 6pm during winter break, but I don’t like crowds so I appreciated that they were slow.
