Tasty sandwiches although 3 of 5 sauce dispensers were empty or did not work. I had to ask for packets of Arby’s sauce & Horsey sauce. Has to clean our table before sitting down.

Always one of the next places to go to for quick food. The staff is amazing, always smiling. The store is clean, the food tastes amazing. Every time I go here, the fries are fresh and the mozzarella sticks are piping hot! Amazing place!

The service was good and prices were reasonable. The restaurant was clean. I have never been a fan of the roast beef here but I was looking forward to trying something new because of the commercials, unfortunately they did not have what I wanted. I tried the French dip, it wasn’t really any different than the roast beef and the au jus was lacking flavor. The jalapeño slicer was pretty decent, loaded with some horsey sauce. The curly fries were not hot either.

On Tuesday 9/9/2025 my wife and I drove feom Westbrook, Maine to the Topsham Arby’s around 5:pm for one of you signature sandwiches. We arrived to the Arby’s around 5pm and I stepped to the counter to place my order. I greeted the order taker by saying hello and asked him how he was. He stared back at me a said nothing. I thought maybe he didn’t hear me so I repeated myself asking him how he was doing and again no answer. I said ok, placed my order which came to around $32.00+. I felt very uncomfortable placing my order with this individual and immediately tried to figure out if I had done something wrong, if he was having a bad day, or if the color of my skin may have been a factor. There are a lot of fast food places people can frequent in Maine and you can’t have you crew members displaying negative feedback because they represent your franchise. The food was OK but the attitude must change. Not sure if we’ll take that trip again
