Staff was very informative and nice. The food is delicious. I highly recommend you try this place. The baked beans and pork belly were to die for. They sold out of ribs and twinkies (jalapeño poppers) by 1:30pm on a Saturday. Get there early or order online

Thanks to YouTube vlogger Chef Matt Norman for recommending this place on his YouTube video.

Delicious Texas style BBQ.
Pork ribs are juicy & tender & so as their brisket.
The smoked pork belly blew me away.
Their own home made sausage was really good too. Everything was so tender, so juicy & so delicious. Highly recommended BBQ place.

Some of the driest brisket I’ve ever had. Wild.

Pork belly and sausage was pretty good but didn’t blow me away like I’ve had in Texas. I’d say pass on this place if you’re coming from the city. Outsiders bbq in Ballard blows this place out the water.

Everytime I order from here the briskets always DRY and hard to swallow… I’ve given this place 3 chances now but this will be the last time. I don’t know if it’s just bad luck but it sucks when you spend $60 for brisket for it to come out tough and tasteless… there’s no flavor on the meat, doesn’t even taste like there’s salt on it. I hate writing a negative review I’ve just never honestly had brisket that was actually juicy or tender in the slightest here, unfortunately.

First off, the people that work here are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. Second, the sides – particularly the Mac and cheese and baked beans – are insanely good.

I thought both the brisket and pulled pork were very underseasoned. Even the bark on the brisket wasn’t salty and only lightly peppered.

Lived in Marysville for 10 years & just now visited Jeffs. Quite pissed to be honest. I mean, I could have been having great brisket for 10 years and I was SO missing out. The chili is phenomenal and I cant wait to return. Long lines = excellent food, worth the wait. Just wish they had corn bread

Phenomenal!!! Big underrated meat was the turkey. The pitmaster told us about it and gave us a sample and it’s dipped in a special butter that makes it incredible!! So tender and juicy. The brisket was on point. The pulled pork very good, not dry nice smoky flavor. The pork belly melted in you’re mouth perfectly. All the sides were excellent.
Best of all the staff were above and beyond generous and hospitable. They gave us red carpet treatment as first time customers and even hooked us up with some extra samples. Checked on us several times. Gave us tips and let us try all the BBQ sauces which were all.made in house and excellent. The Carolina mustard with the turkey was bomb!! We will be back many times and recommending this to everyone!

Best texas style I’ve had since y2k. Brisket was very juicy. Fat cap and inner fat was like butter. Full spare rack spareribs. Not st Louis. I don’t like st louis spare. Sausage was well spiced but not to hot. Also the Bleu chz sausage, which I never had, was pretty good. Not a fan of the chili but did like the coleslaw and loved the tater salad.

Ate a late lunch, 19Sep around 2 pm. Have heard about this place, come early, leave happy, okay. Didn’t think 2pm was late, but they were out of several things already, only two tables had people and for the next hour only a few came and went.

I make my own sausage, have for years. This was basic sausage, nothing special, salt, pepper, garlic and smoked. Cut on a bias, not overly juicy, needed sauce. Sausage needing some sort of a sauce says its overcooked, no fat left in the meat. Fatty brisket was good, ribs were dry as well. Well seasoned and cooked bbq should be good or better the second time around… sorry, it wasn’t. Chose 3 meats, ribs, brisket, original sausage, took home some of each and never finished them. Wasn’t from overheating them either, oven @250° with tin foil and a little moisture added, it didn’t help… the baked beans however, are on a separate level! If I’m going to send bread out to make a sandwich with my bbq, I’m going to toast it first, butter, some garlic, you know.. texas style toast. 4 pieces of plain white bread..

The beans were fantastic! Potato salad looked great, hoped it was going to bowl me over. Sorry, no. The vinegar in bbq sauce is used to cut the fat, same for slaw on a pulled pork sandwich, but not in potato salad since you normally don’t load a forkful of each with every bite. Potato salad needs mustard to get the sour taste, not more vinegar onto top of vinegar bbq sauce.

Service was great, they were on us immediately when we walked in. There was someone there, assumed from the restaurant that came out to the dinning area to talk with someone at a table. Extremely loud, like they were the only people there. Drove up from Seattle on business, seafood night be the better choice.. fresh off the boat!

Friggin Jeff’s I’m so glad you are not thaaaat close to Vancouver, BC!! What an incredible meal. I’m not a huge fan of smoked meats but I’m converted now. The turkey was the juiciest I have ever had and you slop it up with the white bread. The pulled pork the beef brisket ( ask for fatty.. Thank me later) and the pork belly… My goodness!! So many good sides but I loved the baked beans sweet and tangy and the brisket chili ( has a kick to it). And the Banana pudding.. incredible.. Chunks of banana..yeesh!! Don’t need to go to Texas.. Legit! And the staff is incredible…. Pretty/handsome and kind!!!
