Would give a negative rating if I could and I don’t usually leave reviews. First there was no chicken in the store. They asked if I wanted to replace I said steak. Cool. I get the food damn near an hour later from the driver. I ordered pinto got black beans. Didn’t get my side of chips. The steak, undercooked, ZERO FLAVA and mostly fat. So I essentially paid 15 dollars for half an order, and a bowl of bland veggies and rice. I get stores can be understaffed. But this was completely unacceptable
Especially for the money that was spent.

My boyfriend and I ate at this Chipotle yesterday and ordered the exact same bowl we always get(chicken). About two hours later, we were both violently sick with vomiting and severe stomach issues. It wasn’t until tonight that I felt well enough to even write this review. We had not eaten anything else that day, and the timing makes it very clear that something was wrong with the food.
After reading through the reviews, it’s alarming how many people describe the same exact experience. This location already has extremely low ratings, and for good reason. Food safety is not optional, and whatever is happening here needs to be addressed immediately.
On top of that, the staff had horrible attitudes, which only made the experience worse. Customers should not be spending their hard-earned money just to receive attitude and end up with food poisoning. This location should not be serving customers until major changes are made. The health department seriously needs to step in. Absolutely ridiculous. Clearly through all of these bad reviews given nothing has changed with this location. It is not hard to properly cook food, have gloves, and smile. Do better.

They have turned to the 3rd world overlord model. Selling food based on macro nutrient numbers. This is the way that they decrease the amount they give you. The numbers are curated based off health lies about protein numbers. They are treating the customer as a number. It is sad to see people go in there like cattle now fattening wallets. The protein menu? Yes we are insane. And as someone who has trained and still compete in organized sports at a very high level, it is just a company exploiting peoples nature to better themselves and take advantage of selling less for more to all those new years resolution workout people. So for a dollar, they will lie to you without saying a word. Tell them to weight it. Each and every time.

Although the store was clearly severely understaffed, Addison was the only one working the line and handled the situation exceptionally well. He maintained a calm and professional demeanor the entire time, kept the line moving as efficiently as possible, and did his best to take care of each customer despite the pressure. It was evident he was doing the work of multiple people without losing composure. He deserves recognition for showing up, stepping up, and representing the store with a strong work ethic and positive attitude under difficult circumstances.

Ok, so stop! Let’s be straight before you EVER go here. We had to stopped going.
Why?
The last time we went the food was not fresh
Meat was cheep, uncooked, overly processed, etc. We were actually worried we were going to get SICK from this! I’m surprised we didn’t!!
Not only was the food a level up from barfing,
But the service was awful, and when we tried to complain, it was very difficult to.
It’s like you guys don’t want to hear the truth? Like they hid a complaining button?!
There was also not staff, and nothing was sanitized! Loose, stringy hair, sloppy, coughing?
And i’m not making anything up!
I get if the place was having a hard day, but this happens everytime we come. This is why we don’t go people.
Please save yourself the stomach issues and go to McDonald’s.

The food was as expected from Chipotle, the service was slightly less than expected. I went around 1:00pm on Thursday and there was 10 people in front of me when I arrived. It took 19 minutes to get my burrito which is a little slow. Restaurant was clean, but the pop machine and men’s bathroom were out of order. Little things…but the food delivered.

Love the brisket…highly recommend!

Came in on a Saturday around lunch hour. While standing in a very backed up line, I looked around and realized the establishment was filthy. Even worse, there was a disgusting odor within the room which I soon discovered was the employee working the register. The employee who took my order could not have been less friendly if she tried. I decided to dine in because I was hungry and ended up throwing away the majority of my food because I couldn’t shake the odor of the employee and what I witnessed employees doing (wiping mouth / nose then handling food without gloves, using phone with food gloves, etc). Worst chipotle experience ever. For your own health, safety, and sanity, AVOID THIS LOCATION

Went in saturday to grab a bite before a movie. Immediately noticed like all chipotles in the general area, the counter was littered with debris from every half pan on the line, after a few minutes an employee let everyone know that they ran out of rice and itd be about 20 min before they had any. Went across the street and gave q’doba my business where they don’t run out of ingredients on a daily basis.

Those employees are doing the best they can with what they’re given. A Saturday night rush is tough enough, and adding in a new, barely trained employee can make things even more challenging. But the staff, including the manager, stayed calm, polite, and level-headed through all of it. And despite the chaos, the food was delicious.

Extremely disappointed. When I arrived at 6pm during the week nobody was on hand to greet, at the register, prepping food or helping customers. After waiting 5 minutes to order, they were out of or limited on food options, and were not friendly. Why can’t Chipotle get their local restaurants on a better standard??
