I had DoorDash a strawberry milkshake and two strawberry cream pies. The milkshake I got wasn’t even a milkshake. It was a smoothie, but they made it look like a milkshake. And the pies that I got were burnt and looked terrible. Never ordering from that McDonald’s again.

I go in the drive thru like an ordinary mc Donald’s however for 10 minutes we finally get up to the food window a guy says did you Order chicken nuggets and root beer I said no he said or did you order the big meal I said what big meal another guy comes in and says did you order the happy meal and 5 dollar meal deals I say yes but he said the food was sloppy so go to the curbside pickup it will be 7 minutes.20 minuets later still no food so we walk inside at the counter I said where’s my food it’s been 40 minutes
She said ok we will make it right now my dad talks to a lady that’s been waiting a hour and thirty minutes finally after 1 hour of waiting we got our food but in the happy meal they only gave me a cheeseburger wrapping no cheeseburger

Rarely do I step into a fast food restaurant expecting great service these days. This location is the exception. I received my food in a timely matter even though it was the lunch rush. The staff was friendly and mentioned how much they appreciate kids. I even witnessed the supervisor handle a difficult customer calmly who was way out of line. Maybe fast food, at least at this location, is not dead.

I wish i could give this mcdonalds 0 stars. i’ve worked in the town center for about a year now, and i can’t remember a single time they’ve gotten my order right. Today they messed up my order horrifically. They took my order incorrectly in the drive through i believe, due to them leaving a trainee to work it by herself. At the payment window they tried ringing me up for a rachelle, to which i corrected the man ringing me up and repeated my entire order. They still rung me up for the mobile order. At the food window they handed me her food and i repeated myself a multitude of times just trying to get a coffee. The manager i believe was the one to give me my coffee, and she didn’t apologize once for the fact that they royally screwed me over. This is a horrible location, and i recommend you go elsewhere for quick and cheap food.

Went there last night and absolutely no one was there but we had to wait about 10 minutes for drive thru service. Then whenever the woman took our order she was somewhat rude. We then were able to watch her make our milkshakes which looked disgusting and unsanitary and it also tasted weird. Once she handed us our food, part of our order was incorrect and all of our food just tasted bad. Must be old grease or something but the food was terrible. And lastly we had to circle around after we went through drive thru because the woman didn’t give us sauce like we asked and then we had to wait for another lady to find sauce and the sauce was old and slimy. A complete waste of money going here.

I sat in line for 15 minutes for an order of fries. 2 cars in front of me and when I Finally get to window no apology for the wait or hello given. Was actually handed a drink I didn’t order and had to tell the fella that all u got was an order of fries. No Hank you. No have a good evening. Nothing. Oh and the fries were not even piping hot.

If I could give zero I would, they messed my order up 3 times. If we had an allergy we would be messed up. When I tried to get my order fixed I was met with attitude. The worst McDonalds in Virginia . If you need a pit stop go anywhere else.

I have gone here multiple times, and Everytime I feel like they find new and creative ways to disappoint me. This sad excuse for a burger was what we got today when we ordered the “Double Quarter Pounder” meal. You are better off going down further into Waynesboro, as that McDonald’s appears to actually have some manner of a quality check.

I have never received such bad service in my life. I was given the wrong food, and when I went to the counter to ask about it I was first ignored and the the manager, instead of offering to work with me to get the order fixed he said I was at fault and I got what I ordered. After repeated attempts to talk to the guy I asked for my money back and left with him still arguing with me. I said just give me my money so I can leave. I’m 66 years old and this is the only time I’ve felt it necessary to ask for my money back and leave a restaurant. This happened October 8 2025 at lunchtime.
