Order 5 grilled nuggets and 5 regular nuggets. Grilled were twice the size of regular nuggets. One of the regular nuggets required a magnifying glass to see.

I’ve never in my life had to sit at a chick fil a because of a mistake on their part, so this shouldn’t have even been a big deal since it isn’t a consistent thing. I was actually super understanding, even apologizing for my large order.
TWO of my items were missing, and I had to wait 10 minutes going back through the line just to hear the girl packing food essentially calling me a liar because she “knows she put two bags in my big bag. I had to sit there longer, waiting patiently while they sat there and argued about it for 5 minutes. So, I won’t be coming back to this location; I’m not a big fan of passive aggressively being called a liar.

I picked up a DoorDash order for delivery. The order had a drink. I specifically asked the manager on duty if there was a straw in the bag. She confirmed yes there is a straw in the bag. I arrived at the customers with no straw in the bag, the customer was quite upset. He blamed me for not bringing a straw. Please check behind this crew.They obviously couldn’t care less. Unlike any CFA I’ve ever frequented ♂️ ♂️

The food was absolutely phenomenal today! I’ve been to chic fil a countless times and I gotta say, this is probably the best food I’ve had. Perfectly crunchy and salty fries. The sandwich was perfectly fried and juicy on the inside. PLUS the service was very fast and the workers were amazing.

Food came out late and super cold. How is it possible to have food come cold within 2 mins of ordering? Either it could be an old chicken patty sitting for a long time or may have been switched from a previous order. So unreal!
Service was okay but disappointed with the food.
They have people stand in cold for longer time with runny nose – need to work on providing enough warmth for order takers.

This place was absolutely fantastic. New managers and staff making their imprint in the local community visible is an absolute must for them. The training that these employees go through that make the experience so pleasant is commendable. I really enjoyed it.
