I went there this last Friday night and everyone working there was great. The food was great it was a short wait. I ate in the dining room and one person stood out and his name was Humberto he greets everyone that comes in the restaurant and leaves the restaurant he never stopped working the 45 minutes I was there. He helped anyone that needed it and wiped down the counters and tables he’s an extremely hard worker. I dont know if he is the manager but he never slowed down. I will go to this Culvers from now on.

I come to this restaurant at least ones at month. The staff is super friendly even when they are busy and the food is fresh and taste great.
Some times is crowded around noon when the office people go on break but the waiting time is short.
The only complain i will have is that the condiments are direct under the sun and they are warm, not sure if that good for the shelf life or sanitary. The only reason im not giving 5

The burgers I recieved were room temp and all the vegetables were gross. The female refused to give me a refund unless I brought the food back and when I said “no problem, I couldnt eat it because it was gross and can bring it back for my refund” she ended up saying she could not give me a refund.
