I am leaving a review before I even leave the table because this visit was so great! Melissa was our waitress and went above and beyond! She was quick, attentive and so friendly! This location is always great but this time really stuck out to us! Thank you and great job at killing it in all areas!

I truly wanted nothing more than to leave an amazing review, but this experience at Chili’s was incredibly disappointing and by far the worst service I’ve had there to date.
Being interrupted and told we had to pay for our meal immediately because “the server could not leave” was unacceptable. That’s simply not how it works. When servers are cut, they introduce their tables to the next server so guests can enjoy their time without feeling rushed or pressured.
I understand we weren’t the largest party and didn’t order a full meal, but we had every intention of leaving a generous tip to cover his time. Instead, we were made to feel like we were nothing more than an inconvenience. To add to that, after being told we had to pay, we sat for another 5–10 minutes waiting for the server to return and take cash payment. For someone supposedly “in a hurry,” he seemed far more interested in watching the football game than taking care of his table.
What makes this even more disappointing is the context: it’s not every day I get to meet up with my friend. We both drive 45 minutes and meet in the middle—it’s supposed to be a special time together. Unfortunately, this visit to Chili’s left such a sour impression that we won’t be returning for our future meet-ups.
When guests take the time to dine out, they deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and valued—no matter how big or small their order may be. Sadly, this location missed the mark entirely.

My husband and I went to Chili’s today and it was excellent. Skyler our waiter was attentive, welcoming and he has a great attitude. We ordered the crispy tenders with White Cheddar Mac-n-cheese came with fries too. The sweet and tangy zing dipping sauce was really good. Food was excellent, we will definitely be returning.

Honestly, this is my family’s absolute favorite place to go. Every time we try something different, we usually regret it. Either the food or service somewhere else is always disappointing. Chili’s however has never let us down. The service is always amazing, food delicious. We’ve made Chili’s our go to anytime we decide to go out and eat. We love it there!!

Bad service. My wife and I walked in to be seated. Meanwhile the 2 host looked at us walked in and continue to talk with each other and ignoring us. Then other couple walked in and got seated before us. We waited for 5 minutes until I have to speak with the host. The host was unhappy talking to him and at this point we just left. 11/22/25 at 6:11pm

Hooray for new policies. You cant your burger cooked how you want it, cant order onion rings, and apparently you cant ask for the tv to be turned down either. Our family has come here twice a month for literally half a decade and all these things were never an issue, until today. Server decided instead of being pleasant about it wanted to argue. Whomever you sold out to, you have failed in spectacular fashion.
THANKFULLY, there are dozens of other places to eat. im sitting at goodfellas down the street, who got us in even when it was busy, cooked my food to order, server was great, sound level was acceptable.
Save your money and your frustration. Go to goodfellas, la panda, or any one of plenty other places that value your custom and strive to make you comfortable.
Do better, because right now, youre on your way out.
