I am tried contacting restaurant and I have also contacted customer service and no one has helped me or tried to help. I will never recommend this place. I had a mobile order and it was marked ready around 3:20. I arrived around 3:33 and could see a bag with my name already on the pickup shelf. When I asked for my order, the employee told me it wasn’t ready yet. I waited until about 3:50 and asked again, and the same bag was then handed to me.
It seems like my order had been ready the whole time and just wasn’t checked when I first asked. Because of the extra wait, the food was no longer warm by the time I finally received it. This lead to about 15–20 minutes of unnecessary waiting. Just something that is worth paying attention to during pickups.

This Chipotle is very fast and moves quickly, but damn, the food is terrible. I used my free entree, a complete waste of 1600 points, plus I’m a student. The rice was literally plain rice. No lime, no anything in the rice. Also, it’s hard on top of that. The service is quick, and that’s about it. The food is terrible compared to other Chipotles around the Pittsburgh area.

Not sure why the reviews are so low, I had a good experience. The lady working up front was very nice, gave good portions, and the food taste good. Unfortunately they were missing a few ingredients I wanted but that’s not the workers fault and I was still able to get a satisfying meal for cheaper than elsewhere. My biggest issue was with the environment inside, the music is very loud. I sat outside instead which was a small struggle finding a place to sit that was clean but when I did I enjoyed my meal. They’re clearly short staffed, they seem to be doing the best they can. If you want chipotle, don’t feel scared to come here, but being in Market Square there are better options elsewhere.

Visited the Chipotle at 211 Forbes Ave in downtown Pittsburgh, and this was easily the worst experience I’ve had at any location. The server with dreadlocks was openly rude from the moment I approached—short, dismissive, and completely unwilling to assist. When I asked for fajitas (a standard menu item at every other Chipotle I’ve visited), he flatly said “No” without any explanation or apology.
The food was just as disappointing: the rice was completely plain—no cilantro, no lime, just bland and dry, unlike the properly seasoned cilantro-lime rice served everywhere else in the chain.
Staff with this kind of attitude aren’t suited for customer-facing roles. I hope management at this location addresses both the service issues and kitchen consistency promptly—Pittsburgh deserves better.

When I placed my order, it took a couple of minutes because I was training a new member. My original order was a bowl of brown rice, with black beans, with steak, corn, pico de gallo, lettuce, sour cream and cheese, with a soda and tortilla chips and a tortilla on the side. The girl didn’t understand. I repeated my order several times and she gave me very little of everything, except lettuce. She gave me a lot of lettuce. She gave me half a spoonful of rice in one corner of my plate, about 5 pieces of steak, and in another corner of the bowl some brown beans (I asked for black). She could only correct the beans and served me another half spoonful of black beans. I told her that she was serving very little and she just ignored me. I repeated to the cashier that she had served me very little of everything except lettuce and she said that she couldn’t do anything else. I asked to speak to a manager and she just ignored me. Another person behind me did the same thing, but she did pay attention to him. She only discriminated against me. I had never felt like that in a Chipotle. The two women served me reluctantly, they discriminated against me, they didn’t listen to my order.

I had placed a pickup order for 2:30 PM, the app said the order was ready but was not ready in the store. I did not receive my order until 3:00 PM, after asking a different employee than the initial one I spoke with. They had forgot to give my drink cup and chips. They informed me I’d have to wait for them to make more chips but after waiting 30 minutes I did not wait to continue to wait. The staff kept going outside of the building, leaving nobody up front with the guests. One staff member was visibly under the influence of some substance. My food is cold, lacks any flavor, and the rice is hard and undercooked.

Awful. We haven’t ordered from here in a while because the food was never correct. But we decided to try one last time. No one got their correct order. Mine was nowhere close to correct. When you try to get your money back they offer you a “reward” for a free entree that expires in a month. Not to mention the tip i left for the staff that they don’t deserve because they can not put the right scoops of food in the bowl. Horrible place. The fact that all of our orders were wrong shows this is a typical problem still and they staff and managers do not care. I will NEVER order again .

I’m not big on reviewing chain restaurants but going to make an exception here. We went and got a to go order last night-two bowls with white rice and all the fixings. We were just about to head out and the manager on duty stopped us and asked if we would like to try the rice and have our bowls remade as it was a little dry. After trying it, we definitely wanted them remade as the rice was crunchy. An honest mistake that would’ve ruined our meals at home. She remade the bowls without hesitation and they were so good-like 2018 bowls! We are so grateful she stopped us, let us try the rice, and then remade our bowls. You rarely see that in fast paced chains and I have to give it to that manager-10 stars and if you see this-thank you so much! Chains like this stay afloat because of people like you-we greatly appreciate it and are so happy we have this location close by! 1000 stars!!!

We arrived a little over an hour before close and were met with no employees anywhere. After looking around for a few minutes one comes out and tells us it is online orders only (no signage of this). We then place the orders online from in the restaurant and see all the employees go to the back for the next 15 mins and not doing any orders. We get our orders finally about 40 minutes later, missing chips and multiple mistakes. As we sat there multiple other costumers came in and were blatantly ignored until they left. Employees made it clear they did not want to make anything for anyone.
