Awesome place to grab a beer! It’s a part of Shipgarten which is somewhat unclear, as I visited several years ago before they had combined the two on one plot of land. Dog friendly, kid friendly, tons of games, & good drink/food options. There is something to do for everyone!

Went on karaoke night. Really just wanted a chill out vibe for friends to gather and that it was. I found the different tents interesting. The food was good and located in it own food tent. I see this place as a really good time when the weather warms up. It will be great for the whole family.

We were in town for a soccer tournament right up the road. Stopped in here between games. Easy to order food. Self-serve pickup. Great atmosphere due the location and kid friendly! Service was excellent at the bar as well.

Great family friendly, pet friendly spot to hang out with variety of activities, food and drink options

Moonbounce, playground, live music, games, and even dog parks!

Lovely staffs, lovely service

For the parking, they have a valet available for $20, street parking, and official complimentary parking lot about 10 min walking distance – but they provide a free shuttle service (dogs allowed) every 5 min or so

We tried the bavarian pretzel, sausages, and potato pancakes. Overall food was pretty good bar food! Nice mustard for the pretzel and plenty of beer choices

One complaint was, on a hot summer day they really have not enough fans or spaces with AC to provide an escape from the heat so the experience can get VERY VERY hot. Overall a cool spot and I can see it becoming a weekend staple

Tysons Biergarten is a delightful spot that brilliantly captures the essence of a traditional German beer garden with a modern twist. The venue boasts an extensive selection of both local and international beers, ensuring that there’s something to satisfy every palate. The atmosphere is vibrant and festive, making it a perfect gathering place for friends and family. Additionally, the food menu complements the drinks perfectly, with delicious, authentic German dishes that are both hearty and flavorful. The outdoor seating area is particularly enjoyable, offering a great environment to relax and enjoy the lively ambiance. The staff at Tysons Biergarten are friendly and knowledgeable, adding to the overall excellent experience. This place is a gem for anyone in the Tysons area looking for a fun and unique spot to unwind.

What a terrible experience. I was craving some good German food and this restaurant popped up on my search. We ordered Schnitzel and bratwurst. The quality of the food was very low. What they called “Schnitzel” and served was some deep fried frozen unidentifiable meat which was the size of half of my tiny hand. Bratwurst was more like hotdog. The food wasnt cheap either. I will never go back here again and will not recommend it to anybody for food. They had good beer options.

Really fun, relaxing atmosphere. The Weiner’s we’re fantastic. Loved the live music and the multiple food booths that you could go to. It was super easy that you just opened a tab at one food booth and it carried over to the other booths.

If you’re into blaring basslines at 2 a.m. and the soothing sound of your sanity slowly packing its bags, this is the spot for you. They’ve turned “quiet hours” into a full-contact sport and are impressively inconsiderate of local residents.
The food? I’ve had more inspiring meals from a vending machine.
If you value your eardrums, or will to live, steer clear. Bring earplugs, noise-cancelling headphones, and maybe a priest, therapist, or small construction crew to rebuild your peace.

I enjoy coming here and having a beer, there is a great selection of German beers upstairs and downstairs they have a healthy selection of domestic craft beers. Also a full bar and food. Currently they are doing 18 wings for 8 bucks during Sunday NFL games and the wings are pretty tasty. Also they have pretty good brats and various sausages. You pay first and buy tokens which are $8 each. Blue tokens for beers, red for food and white for hard alcohol, or mixed drinks. Staff has always been friendly and this is my 3rd or fourth visit. Definitely worth a stop here if you have never been and like beer!
