I have visited this location on multiple occasions and am generally satisfied. In my last couple of visits, there have been issues with drinks being incorrect; don’t write a review on a “one off experience” so this was worth mentioning.
However, today’s visit was EXCEPTIONAL! We had asked for the barista to just double check a request, as there had been a few mistakes recently. Brecklyn unexpectedly refunded our current order, apologized for previous mistakes, not likely done by them, and also gave reassurance that the beverage today would Be correct and to go further and offer “your next one’s on us” ! Coming from customer service, this was so refreshing!!! Thanks Brecklyn! Starbucks is lucky to have you!!!

Was one of the best in the area. Now you can expect to wait 15 minutes for your drink. Most of the staff is not very friendly as well. The Starbucks on Washington and 2700 N in North Ogden is way better in every way.

If you guys are going to charge almost $8 for a drink at least make it right and make sure it’s not half empty. I got the gingerbread oatmilk chai, it’s supposed to have whip cream but it didn’t, even worse it wasn’t even full and 1/4 of the drink was missing. This has happened 3 times at this location, before those 3 times the drink was really good but they keep messing it up.

I came through the drive-thru this morning 8/30/25 at 5:35 a.m. and sat there waiting to be helped for atleast 3 minutes. I got confused and checked the hours online to see they were in fact open. I was never greeted nor was my order ever taken. I’ve never had an issue with this starbucks until this morning 🙁

I love going to this specific location. I go to work early, and they are open early enough, where I can get what I need on my way to the office. Even if they get a bit of a line, they seem to move at a decent pace, and I don’t wait long.
The greatest thing about this place, however, are the workers. They are always so nice, helpful, and gladly answer any questions that I have. They have an amazing morning crew.

This is my regular starbies I hit before work. I’m always happy with my service and drinks. The employees are really well-trained and always positive! I’ve been offered freebies as a regular and they even noticed when I got a haircut. Great job all y’all:-)

I stopped here a couple of times while visiting the area. The people seemed friendly, and my drink even ended up being better than I’ve had made at other locations nationwide. The store was neat and clean, and I noticed the restrooms were in better shape than others I’ve been to.
