Three times the counter staff was rude to me and then I witnessed an interaction between specifically the manager there and another person trying to order at the counter. The manager was deliberately exacerbating the situation by asking the person after they expressed displeasure, “You okay, do they feel better now?” “Do you feel good about yourself?” this was a completely volatile situation. This was a young man who became more and more agitated, swearing and telling her he was gonna show her. It made me afraid. I left the building before somebody pulled a gun out. When I asked this same manager if I could have a little bit more coffee because I had put too much cream in it. She told me it was up to the line and refused to give me what would have been another teaspoon of coffee. The next day when I went there and ordered something she looked at me and literally slammed my food down on the counter, turned around, rolled her eyes and walked away. No, thank you, no, here you go, no have a nice day. Today I went there at 7am, and the door wasn’t unlocked. An employee was sitting at one of the tables, looking at her phone, drinking orange juice and taking her medication and completely ignored three of us standing outside the door. Randy Wade needs to evaluate this specific location and assess the customer service skills being taught to these employees if there is any. What’s worse is they feel entitled to treat the customers this way. Obviously there’s been a culture developed at this specific location that it’s acceptable and expected amongst the staff because she wasn’t the only one who treated me with disrespect. i went through the channels to give a proper complaint. When I was contacted back by Dani (not sure of his title) all he cared about was protecting the restaurant legally, he could care less about what my experience was and admitted that to me. So then there was retaliation. The next day they charged my Paypal account at 12:16am. I immediately contacted the store to get my money back. Dani question me about who has my Paypal card and then proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t help me. They stole my money in retaliation. Randy Wade, contact me.

Order something to take out, as always they forgot to include all the items of my order in the bag, when I called to ask for the staff to be more thorough and attentive before handing out the bag ( this is not my first time having an issue), the person who answer my call just told me is not her who served me, that I should talk to the person who served me. Not the proper way to handle the situation, I hope someone in management can follow trough in this matter and take proper action so it won’t affect your future business, for reference this happened at 8:20 pm

OLD FRIES IN OLD OIL. LADY IN CHARGE SAYS I CAN ONLY HAVE 1 BARBECUE SAUCE FOR A 16 DOLLAR LARGE MEAL. RUDE AND CONDESCENDING ACTING LIKE I DIDNT JUST GIVE THIS COMPANY 15 DOLLARS. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD DONT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR MONEY THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY ARE NOTHING AND HAVE A MEAN ATTITUDE TO PAYING CUSTOMERS DISGUSTING MEAN BURGER FLIPPING LOSERS. Order food on the app guess cause I couldn’t see my food till it was delivered they gave me what they wanted food was cold fries wasn’t filled and drinks was halfway filled and none of my sauces was there and that was the second time I had to order cause they canceled the order the first time it’s real frustrating after a long day of work with a family to feed i need them to do better and not having to wait till 1-5 business days for my refund from the first order

I visited this location today and the drive thru line was very long so I went inside and there was only 3 people inside but they took soooooo long to fulfill our orders. There was a young girl waiting before me and others so I had to speak up for her so she could get waited on. The service was horrible.

Sat in drive-thru for close to 5 minutes with nobody in line before me. I drove forward to the window but there was nobody in the window so I just assumed they were closed. But they weren’t apparently but now I’m sitting in the Drive-Thru again still no one answering and the McDonald’s app will not allow me to cancel my order because it says it’s already been started so I currently have no food no one willing to answer I’ve been in drive-thru for 12 minutes now nobody in the window I tried to cancel my order but it wouldn’t let me, It said they already were working on the order.. this is by far one of the absolute worst McDonald’s and I would highly recommend no one go here especially with drive-thru does it matter if you’re using the app or not.. in just in case you’re skeptical as you can see by my pictures when I ordered the food and still being in the Drive-Thru Lane mind your I ordered it while in the parking lot

Just lefted drive through had to get a refund that I had to go back and forth with the young lady who had on the pink jack and the manager with the dreds line was already extremely long then when I finally got a chance to order and pay instead of saying something was going to take 10min to make i just wanted a refund wanting me to park n still wait I just wanted my money so I can go these lady was very rude and I heard them thru the window talking mess about me and im was paying my money im so glad I got my money back but the extra messiness could have been involved i will be calling management and I hope they run there cameras because beside those to it was more of them

this lady wearing GREEN shirt had so much attitude did not want to help when we simply asked for SAUCE that was right in her reach and she rolled her eyes and pointed at the other workers didn’t asses before we even asked she rolled her eyes fire her immediately or i will contact mcdonald’s higher authorities !

Update August 20th Worst mc donalds! They are ok with small orders. Be specific and double check your orders. Some days they are professional. Other days the sandwich is poorly wrapped. I’m not coming here again, too many red flags.

I went to that McDonald’s for the monopoly game and they did not give me that game I pay almost 30 dollars for two meal not get it and then the fries was overcooked and the chicken sandwich was cold and disgusting never coming back to that McDonald’s ever wasted my time and money
