Went in and a lady was being very disrespectful. No “hi or “welcome to zaxbys”, just aggressively asked for my order. on top of that, I found a hair in my food. When I confronted them about it they just said it was the cooks fault and walked off to the kitchen without any compensation. Do not go here, the food service is bad and the cooks clearly do not care.

Came in yesterday and I should’ve known something was off with this location. Two people were inside the store because their orders were wrong. I ordered my food, watched the young lady look at the receipt as she packed it, and I thought I was good. Get halfway home (40 minutes away) and see that she didn’t pack my almost $10 meal. How do you get it wrong and you’re literally looking at my order receipt? So I just lost that money because who’s going to drive back 20 minutes to get it corrected? It shouldn’t be that difficult to get an order correct.

This experience was deeply unprofessional and concerning, and it stems entirely from the behavior of the manager at this location.

We placed a DoorDash order in advance because my mother, who is a Georgia cancer specialist, has an extremely limited break window. When the Dasher arrived, we were told our order had already been taken by someone else inside the restaurant.

When we contacted the manager, she was hostile, dismissive, and refused to take responsibility for an issue that occurred at the store. She repeatedly stated, “Tell that lady to call DoorDash and have them refund her, I’m not remaking this order,” showing no interest in resolving the problem or treating the situation with basic professionalism. Even after explaining the circumstances calmly and respectfully, she refused to help in any way.

Because of her refusal, we were forced to place and pay for the order again so a second Dasher could attempt pickup. The manager then refused to provide her name and told the second driver, “There’s the food if you want it,” in a tone that was careless and dismissive. Given her hostility and lack of professionalism, this interaction raised serious concerns about how the situation—and the food itself—was being handled.

Mistakes happen. What is unacceptable is a manager who responds with disrespect, refuses accountability, and creates an environment where customers feel uncomfortable and unheard. This was not just poor customer service—it was a failure of leadership. This manager should not be representing this brand!

We don’t dine at Zaxby’s often but we’re so happy we did. The food was good but the service was awesome. Sam was so kind and helpful. We had our toddler with us and he and the whole staff were so accommodating.

The lettuce old and withered, some black color. Tomatoes old very melted and soft, almost mold. Disrespect with hard workers what just need to be satisfied after spending $14 for a simple fresh salad.

China who was the cashier was such a nice young lady. The food was the best food I’ve ever had at any Zaxby’s. We eat at Zaxby’s several times a week. I had not been to this Zaxby’s recently. We live closer to Hamilton Mill Zaxby’s. Ive never had very good food at Hamilton Mill Zaxby’s like I had in this restaurant tonight. Hamilton Mills salads are always very skimpy. And we always get cold food. All the employees were so kind tonight and had such great personalities at Pikes restaurant. I definitely will be back at this Zaxby’s. Thanks for making my night.

I work in the area and placed an order through the app. When I got there I picked up my food and sat in my car to eat it at the restaurant (which I usually don’t), as I’m eating the manager came up to my car and told me I didn’t pay for my food and that I needed to come pay for it. Mind you, I placed it online, paid online and everything. So I gave him the food back and checked my acct that still had the charge for the meal. I went back into the store to show the manager and he was so rude. He told me that “if I was broke I needed to say that”. After that I got upset and started to insult him back, he then calls the police, took pictures of me and my car, when all he could’ve done was handled it appropriately like a good manager would. I asked for his name to file a complaint and he was telling me that his name was my name. Long story short, I can’t go back to this location but corporate explained everything to me and gave me an additional credit on top of reversing my initial payment. Don’t spend your money here, the manager thinks you’re broke

First time at this location the food looks like it was cooked in old oil. We didn’t eat the fries they looked and tasted bad from the old oil. Once my order was placed, it was served in a timely manner. In my opinion the building needs some renovation work done inside.
