If you plan on eating in the dining room, allow yourself an extra 30 min. They serve drive thru and Uber eats first and foremost. You will stand in line for 10-15 min before your order is taken. You must really want a frosty when ordering inside.

Placed in an order through DoorDash at Wendy’s that was closing(still showing open online). I receive this message from my driver informing me they would not be making my order and refuse to help me in any way. When I called requesting a refund the only thing they were willing to do was save the reciept and remake my order at a later date. This is unacceptable and bad business practices on any level.

The dining room was filthy, dirty tables, food and trash on the floors, windows and doors were gross. The Jr. bacon cheeseburger had a TINY piece of bacon. The fries were overcooked. Ice machine was not functioning. Walls need wiped down. The trash cans were overflowing! Service was OK. Someone needs to walk through this establishment with eyes open.

I ordered food for my kids, and what we got was old, nasty, and clearly cooked in old grease. I brought it to their attention, and they admitted they were still using old grease. Like, be for real why are you open if your grease is bad? That’s how people get sick, especially children.
They asked me if I wanted a credit or my food remade. Like No. I want my money back. Y’all served unsafe, low-quality food and had the nerve to act like that’s okay.
If you can’t serve fresh food, don’t take people’s money. I will never be back and I don’t recommend anyone else visit either.
Protect your stomach, protect your kids, and take your business somewhere else.

That moment when you reach in the bag and pull out your burger and it looks like the whole thing was dropped in the fryer wrapper and all is an amazing experience! But then it gets even better when you get past the soaked wrapper just to find a bun that you cauld use to hammer nails with…Thanks Wendy’s for an experience that will leave me never coming back.

This is the only Wendy’s in alliance but this is the worst fast food restaurant in alliance. They have been rude, messed up the orders all the time. First time I ordered a Carmel frosty and they gave me brownie batter one. Then today I ordered a Carmel frosty and it came with oreo pieces in it. I figured it was just at the top but it ended up being mixed into the whole thing.

The wait time in the drive thru was ridiculous. They got my order wrong. I asked for a chicken sandwich, plain with cheese. They put mayo on it. The girl at the window was texting on her phone while handling food… GROSS.

The food is fine (I always get a salad) and the restaurant is clean enough, but I eat here a lot less than I might otherwise, for one reason: the staff is incredibly loud, especially the managers. Everyone is literally yelling at each other behind the counter and it seems to be completely unnecessary. I don’t experience this at any other restaurants, not even at other Wendy’s locations.

Wow, biggie deals are no bargain, expensive, some prices not listed. Burger so, so Nuggets were warm to cold. Food could be better. Tables needed to be cleaned.
