I recently went through the Starbucks drive thru off of 183 in Irving and received the worst customer service ever. Shortly after I did still want coffee so I went to the Starbucks off of Central and 183 and it completely changed my experience altogether. Everyone was so kind and so friendly and had great recommendations for my morning coffee. My service was amazing. My cashier was super sweet and what could’ve been a really bad experience was completely flipped just in a matter of going into a different location. Thank you for helping my friday start off nice just by simply being kind.

Starbucks by the highway.
Wednesday afternoon. It was quiet.
It has 3 or 4 tables inside and 4 or 5 outside. So you can sit, which is not a given at many Starbucks’ these days.

They got 2/3 of my drink orders wrong. Then after “fixing” the protein one there was barely any cold foam in it, so it all dissolved within minutes.
Seems like they need better training at this location if they can’t get the basic drink orders right.

The rudest staff ever!! Im a huge customer of starbucks and im used to how nice and friendly the staff at any Starbucks always is , came in 2 days ago on friday jan 2nd there was no customers inside the store they had 4 staff ppl making drinks and taking care of the drive thru nobody even say good morning or welcome not a word waited almost 15 min looking at them wondering if they were ever going to take care of me or just continue to ignore me , another cpl walking and after another 5 more min the manager came out from the back an just stare at the staff didnt great me either an just finally one of the girls came to take my order , i have never been treated so poorly at a starbucks and deffinetely not ever stopping at this location they need a little customer service class or if they dont like to take care of customers they should not be working here. Save yourself the hazzle of bad service skip this location. 0 stars from me

Ive been coming to this particular Starbucks for over a decade and the service is outstanding. When I travel for work, I can’t wait to get back home so I can come back to my favorite Starbucks. In a world where customer service is no longer a top priority for establishments, Shayy is an excellent example that having a staff that knows how to treat customers like they still matter, makes a huge difference! It’s like the Cheers of coffee!!

This people take forever to give you your order just for it to be messed up each time. I paid $9 for a customized drink and all i got in the cup was coffee. No ice, no cold foam, nothing. Its like they dont even try. I sat in the drive through for almost 30 minutes which cause me to be late to work this morning. Below are pictures of what i asked for versus what i got. You people are a joke.

This is the most unorganized starbucks location I have ever been to. I recently moved from Grapevine a couple months ago and started using this location, I have an issue with my order being wrong almost everytime I go and the service levels are subpar. If I walk outside for a moment the employees say I can’t refill my coffee without paying full price for another one. I had excellent service in Graoevine and Southlake everytime but for some reason this location does not get it right and I literally come here every single day.

I haven’t taken a single sip. This is what I was handed. This cup of coffee costs 7.50 before tax. I’ve also received rotten avocado spread 3 times from this location. That’s all I’m gonna say.

They do not have dine in as written in Google. But you still can set outside in the open air if you like.
The staff were nice and served us fast.
