Got fries, side salad and pancakes at 2am….salad looked funny so I moved aside the carrots and cucumber to find bad lettuce…why was I over charged for bad food, the ONLY reason ppl go get fastfood is convenience and the hope that people will care enough to not poison us or mishandle food. This trend of not giving a f@%$ is super annoying, EVERYTHING already cost WAAAAAY more than it should, fast food included….the least any place can do is be observant and knowledgeable of the quality of the food they are charging customers for, it is wrong, decietful and shows poor morals/ management to charge for a bad/defective/expired product.

Good day, I would like to recognize three Jack teammates; Vanessa, Jennifer, and Jonathan. Vanessa was the one that actually serviced at the drive thur. But it was a team effort. They make a great team! Jennifer handed me my food … and she did a wonderful job …refreshing to receive service with a smile. And when I didn’t like my drink Jonathan stepped in and made a suggestion…never knew Jack and a Box had unsweetened raspberry Ice T. It was really a great experience. These days good service is hard to find (as the old saying goes). I hope that Vanessa, Jennifer, and Jonathan are recognized.

This location is absolutely horrible! I order online and they constantly harass my children when they attempt to pick up their order, ive ordered and paid for… I’m a single mom, everything is paid for, I really don’t understand what the problem is.. Not only that, this location SEVERELY lacks attention to detail as well as customer service. They don’t answer the phone and I just waisted my money on food NO ONE will eat because the order was ALL wrong.

Good cheap food options here, Friendly & Good service at this location. it’s what I expect from fast food & rarely have any issues here. They take coupons here, they get their orders correct more often than most other fast food places. Have plenty of free parking.

I came to drive thru to order food i got the crispy sandwich and jumbo jack cheeseburger and mini churros i forgot to ask that the churros i didnt want sugar on the churros and the people were really rude they said we cant do it no more theres to many cars they she of told me to wait thats why they have the numbers outside to wait for any orders people like them should not work at jack in the box or anywhere cause there rude and they didnt ask if i wanted sauces or anything…
