We went on Saturday night before the big snowstorm so it was pretty quiet there. I ordered a red sangria which was delicious. I’m always happy when a sangria is made with spirits and not just wine and fruit and juice. The chips and salsa were really good, the chips were fresh and warm. I ordered the Mexican ramen bowl and my husband ordered chicken quesadilla. In both dishes the chicken was very fresh. The quesadilla was very light and not a big heavy rubbery mass of cheese. We will definitely be back!

Was there for lunch today. We sat at the bar and Kelly served us. The food was great, and although not crazy busy the vibe and atmosphere was good, I’m looking forward to returning during a busier time. Kelly was chill but also had a great personality, and a sense of humor. Highly recommend!!

Ate here over the weekend little disappointing. The guacamole was great. Our waitress wasn’t really happy & was not really around. I ordered shrimp quesadilla it really was nothing great. However, my daughter ordered the chicken one, and it had a ton of stuff inside and looked double in size than mine. My friend ordered the Shrimp Diablo is want anything special especially for the price. I have eaten there one other time, and it was much better than this past time. On a side note the bathrooms were trashed and disgusting, not well maintained. I understand it was extremely busy, but even more so with that, you should stay on top of that, because it’s kind of disgusting. Not too sure if I will return.

This was our 1st time at this restaurant through a referral. Our waitress did not know anything the about the menu items we inquired about ahe had to keep going to someone else to ask. I ordered a drink called the I love you Margarita, which was tasted watered down, we asked the waitress to change the drink which wasnt the problem but when she went to bartender, (she)bartender responded to her with a dismissive response as if she didnt want to be bothered to make a new drink. Their overall customer service was not Good. Its not a good look being 1st time customers to be treated with such Lack of service. Waitress barely checked on us to see how we were doing, didnt ask how was the food, she did NOTHING..
My spouse had to ask the bartender why did she make it seem like there was a problem when we sent the drink back and she was nasty with her response like she didnt want to make a different drink, we weren’t asking for anything free.
**People Remember if you work in a Customer service field learn to deal with the customers in a manner to where they may want return to the establishment. So we spoke with the Manager Jose He was amazing keep apologizing for the workers lack of professionalism he was very friendly and understood our issues. So thank you Jose for easing the tension. He gets 5 stars. Hes Very professional.
But the food was decent overall..

Urbano has been around for several years now, and needless to say I’ve been counting the days this restaurant leaves the Main Street of my hometown. The service is slow, the food lacks salt and flavor altogether for the price, and is all around mediocre. The margaritas, guac, and nachos are good. However a kid could make comparable quesadillas at home. Perfect for a cute appetizer/ pregame/ outdoor seating, but not the place to go for a culinary experience. The decor is cool and the staff is super friendly.

Urbano offers really nice and delicious food! For appetizers, we tried the shrimp tacos and chicken empanadas, both of which were fantastic. For the main course, we had chicken quesadillas, shrimp quesadillas, and the shrimp diablo—each dish was packed with flavor. To finish, the Kahlua flan dessert was absolutely delicious.

The space is large, but the lighting tends to be on the darker side. Personally, I prefer a bit more light over the dining table. During my visit, the place was fairly empty and a bit slow, but it did take longer than expected to get our food.

Overall, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was definitely the highlight. Highly recommend!

Food was great when it finally came out, it was like 85 degrees in there we had to fans ourselves with drink menus. We only saw our server when she brought the food out and when she brought the checks she never came to see how our food was. For 40$ for one person i’d go somewhere that isnt scorching hot and has more attentive servers.

Had a wonderful evening here with the family. Every dish was prepared to perfection, and the drink menu offered some unique, well-balanced options. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. I can’t imagine a better spot for a quality family meal.

This was my first experience here, I ordered shrimp tacos and steak tacos came out. Which I was fine with because accidents happen…but then when it was remade the sauce that my server said she’d put on the side she put on top of the tacos and I can’t eat that kind of sauce so I asked for queso on top which wasn’t even placed on the plate. I’m disappointed not only cause I told her, but also because she had us pay for the food that was tried but couldn’t eat and it was complained about. I don’t like to complain or bring managers into this but I can agree that this was bad service in serving as being a prior server. I’m traveling and this is nothing someone should have to have to worry about. The place is beautiful, service not so much.

Love getting a cocktail and some guacamole here. Really enjoy sitting outside when the weather is nice!

The service has declined the past few times I’ve visited… I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or what’s going on, would like to give the benefit of the doubt. We sat outside and it took almost an hour to get our first round of drinks and then another hour to get our food. Luckily we weren’t in a rush, but our waitress wasn’t apologetic or fazed by the lack of checking in or the length it was taking.

They’re worth checking out if you’re in downtown Bethlehem, but their sister restaurant, Tapas- has always been a way better experience for me!
