Our dinner at this Apple Bees location was wonderful. Our waitress Ellay was fantastically helpful and lively, making sure we got everything we needed and explaining all the menu options. We had their new 2 for $25 option, the O-M-Cheese Burger. It was one of the best burgers we had in a while. It has that slightly crispy texture of a perfect smashed patty. The presentation was incredible as it was placed on top of a layer of melted cheese laying on a piping hot cast iron. Thank you to Ellay again for her exceptional service and AppleBees for a great night out. We ll be back for sure!

Stopped in on a busy Saturday night on our way home from visiting family. There was a wait for a table but luckily for us there were two spots available at the bar. The bartender Alayla was so attentive and personable even though she was swamped! She recommended some new menu items and specialty drinks for us and they were all amazing! Definitely will be going back if we’re in the area and requesting Alayla’s section.

I honestly really like the spin dio and the 2 for 25 deal here. The servers are always nice and they do there best to get everything out on time and correctly. Our server Katia was super sweet and lively! I always like comming here with my family when we need some filling food.

Our server did a good job. More smiles and a little more conversation with our group would have earned 5 stars. Music played in the background isn’t my personal preference. Didn’t like that part of the atmosphere at all. Other than that it was ok. Not too noisy. Oh, you do need to put a vent cover on the duct above our table (corner table in bar area). It’s really dirty and not nice to see, especially when eating underneath it!

We stopped by this Applebees after a gymnastics meet for dinner. It had been a long day and the kids were tired. Our server Alayla was awesome! She took care of us like family. My bourbon steak was delicious and my wife and daughter’s burgers were done to perfection. It’s nice to know you can count on a consistently good meal when you are on the road.

Bryan was an outstanding server at Applebee’s! From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and made sure our drinks were always full without being intrusive. Our food came out exactly as ordered, and Bryan checked in at just the right times to make sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and professionalism really made the experience enjoyable. If you’re dining at Applebee’s, ask for Bryan—you won’t be disappointed!

Been to Applebee’s plenty of times, we’ve almost always had a nice experience at the A2 location. This time was no different. The food was good, and the service was prompt. The 2 stars stem from something I found shocking and quite unacceptable. Our server was wearing ear buds through our service. Thats already pretty unprofessional, but what made it unacceptable, is she was having a conversation through them and would talk to the person on the other line as she was approaching and leaving our table. I had the kids with me, and we heard the server unleash multiple F-bombs. Wildly inappropriate experience.

It was a group of 4 of us who walked in last night after the football game. We called ahead to make sure it wasn’t super busy and when we got there it didn’t have many people there. We simply ordered two small fry appetizer plates and appetizer trios as our meals. We proceeded to sit there for 2 hours with no food, not even our fry plates while we watched tables who had been sat long after us get entire things of food. Our waitress avoided us most of the time because we simply asked updates on our food. They offered to comp our soda and two fry plates which came out about 20 mins before the two hour mark. We decided to leave because we still hadn’t gotten our meals and we had a long drive home. Our food was done right as we got up to leave and when it seemed they were going to compensate it and package it for us. The manager came up and only offered to give it to us for a 50% off discount and when I told her we weren’t willing to buy the food (which never got on our table so please don’t think we ate it) she just turned and left saying to have a good night. Didn’t apologize or say anything about why we had waited. Not to mention looked unhappy with me as I calmly explained what happened. We were extremely patient and nice about it and this being my first impression of this Applebees I wouldn’t go back again
