Roxie’s Purpose
This is usually one of my Son’s favorite places. Not this location. The food was mid and no real flavor. Also the eggroll I got was burnt. Didn’t taste freshly made. The pepper steak was not tender as well. The only ok thing was my Tea. Not a fan of chain Chinese food so I won’t be back.

I frequent this location a lot, however I have not been into the actual building. This review only pertains to my drive through experience
I have mixed feelings about this location. The food is usually really good, except for the noodles. They are dry and brittle every time. The orange chicken and seasame chicken are amazing. The orange chicken has a slight spiciness to it. I love the drink sizes. A large drink here is 42 ounces, its similar in size to movie theater larges.
They are often out of many menu items.
The employees here are very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience in that department.
One of my complaints is the wait time, and the awkward drive through location. I know times are tough and staff is hard to find, but there are times when the drive through doesnt move at all. The last time I was there, I sat for about 20 minutes in the same spot, just waiting. It happens frequently, so I have learned to give up after about 10 minutes. I can see people going in and out of the building with their food, so I think this is specifically an issue with the drive through.
Another issue with the drive through is the fact that once you are in it, you cant leave. There are bushes and curbs surrounding the drive through so you literally have to wait until you get to the window to leave. Its so bad. There was one time my boyfriend and I went. We waited in the line for what seemed like forever, and when we got to the speaker we found out they were pretty much out of everything. We were in a small car that couldnt hop curbs, so we were forced to wait about 30 minutes in the drive through before we could leave. We were starving the whole time

Panda Express is the best Chinese we have found so far locally. While the selection isn’t as varied as a restaurant, it is always flavorful. They do not have any soups, bit what they do carry is fresh and there’s is a variety of vegetables in their food, which I love. I tried a top rated location, and this is heads above in flavor.

AVOID! HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES WHO TREAT CUSTOMERS BADLY!! Went through drive through and told register not working and had to go in. Went inside and within 10 seconds they were serving a drive through customer. Employees were messing around chatting with each other and did not acknowlegde or take my take out order for 5 minutes. When I asked for them to take my order and told them they should be more professional Giselle at this location slammed down the food container and abandoned the order process. NO MANAGER WAS PRESENT so they were not taking care of customers. Food sucked and not worth the price. Shows that when mangager is not there that customers come second to employees putting themselves first.

I love panda but they are not consistent, this last time the orange chicken lacked flavor and when I asked an employee for a little more sauce she said that all they had was what they cooked with I said that’s fine can you throw a little on the chicken she said no they can’t do that so, I basically just wasted my money and through it out. Very disappointing. However I will say the super greens were delicious !

I came and ordered the cream cheese rangoons as they’re my fav (currently my pregnancy craving) and the only thing I like from Panda Express and this is how they were served. I am so disappointed bc I know they could have made them fresh.

Ordered Panda Express through Uber Eats and everything was excellent! Honey Walnut Shrimp, Orange Chicken, Lo Maine and Fried Rice were fresh and tasty. All condiments I requested were included. Easy 5 stars!

So of course this is Americanized Chinese food. So I will not compare taste to it’s authentic counter part.
It’s just that it feels dull. Like I could’ve cooked a rock with the sauce and served with rice and I can just mix the rice with the rock and spit out the rock and it would be the same thing.
I guess I’m just judging too much on a fast food chain. lol

I bought food at panda express restaurant on Watson and the food made me sick. After I ate some, Iin 6 minutes I began to have stomach pain and I started to vomit. I believe I got food poisoning eating this food. I think the restaurant is not cooking the food right and the place is not cleaned right, especially in the kitchen. A lot of people could become sick eating at this place, something needs to be done. I will never ever but food at this restaurant again, after I got really sick
And also outside of the restaurant needs to be cleaned especially, in front of the entrance, I saw spit in front of the door, it was just disgusting
I really decided twice if I wanted to but food in there.
