I got two different drinks not full. It’s ridiculous to go through the drive through and have to go back inside to fill my drinks that should’ve BEEN full when handed to me. SMH. It’s not like the workers can’t SEE the drinks are not full.

I ordered during lunch time (sometime between noon and 1). I ordered through the drive through, they were prompt with my order taking which I appreciated. However, I was asked to pull forward, which is fine…but I waited an awfully long time for one meal when they aren’t busy. Rarely ever have to pull forward at the McDonald’s in the city I live in and my food is hot and fresh there.

I pick up doordash from here a lot and they consistently lie on the app and say the order is ready only for you to come inside and stand there for 10 minutes waiting for it. I wouldnt even mind the wait as much if they didn’t tell doordash it was ready. Seems like they all do it too, because its pretty much every time.

It was a brisk Saturday morning, about 8:30am. We came into the drive thru on a mission, food and drink. The staff working were friendly. The wait time after ordering, nonexistent! Our hash browns were hot and crispy, sweet tea was the best I’ve had in years! The best part? THE MCCAFE MACHINE WAS WORKING!!! Let’s gooooo!! The mocha was superb. Thanks ladies of McDonald’s

This morning 4/27/2023 I ordered food for my boys and wife and I. What is going on with this steak bagel? The first photo is mine, wife’s was the same, second photo is McDonald’s photo, and the third a real photo of one that’s made properly. My steak bagel has this tiny egg, tiny steak, no sauce, no onions, overdone bagel, missing the extra slice of cheese on egg. What is the deal? They’re going to remake it tomorrow morning, but if it’s made the same I’d rather be refunded. I’ve had many orders screwed up, and I get it, it can be swamped, I normally don’t want to write a negative review, but when my money is constantly being wasted it’s an issue. They screwed up an order a long time ago, and took my address and said I’d be getting compensation in the mail, I never received anything and that must’ve been a year ago or so.

Had me wait 17 minutes for a quarter pounder and a small fry. No one in line in front of me or behind me, it felt intentional. The time before, they only filled our drinks a little more than half way. The kids that work here just seem annoyed about having to do their job. This place is in serious need of a managerial intervention.

Don’t go to this McDonald’s if you play the monopoly game they take the stickers off of large cups when you get a frappe and say the frappes don’t get a sticker which is a lie every large frappe I have got from Gladwin, West Branch and the McDonald’s on Eastman have them on the cup!! Looks like employees are just taking them off and keeping them for themselves!!
