Come on guys! Let’s support our local Restaurant and bring in that crowd. Help people keep their jobs and keep us going out to enjoy ourselves. It’s such a wonderful place to enjoy your time with your family and friends. My husband and I enjoyed the service there and were helped by a wonderful waitress Jess. We love burgers and fries, as well-as. our favorite, chicken wings! Great food, great drinks, great views. Did I mention that Kids eat for Free!

My party of four had a very disappointing experience due primarily to the service we received.

When our food arrived, we realized we had no silverware or napkins. While three of us had ordered finger foods, one person needed utensils to eat her meal. When we asked our server for silverware and drink refills, he responded, “I don’t think we have any silverware, but let me go check,” and walked away before we could clarify what he meant.

About 20 minutes passed. During that time, he stopped by other tables to drop off drinks and silverware, yet we still had nothing. At one point he told us, “Sorry this is taking so long, guys — we don’t have any cups either, but I’ll go wash some myself if I have to.” Meanwhile, we could hear silverware clanking near the kitchen, as though clean utensils were being sorted.

After roughly 30 minutes, silverware and napkins finally arrived, and our refills were brought in to-go cups. Those of us who ordered finger foods had been sitting with sticky hands and spicy food with nothing to drink. By then, the member of our party who had been waiting to eat said her meal was cold and no longer wanted it.

When the checks came, mine included an appetizer I did not order. The server said he would void it after I handed him my card. Given the earlier issues, I asked for a corrected check before paying. He smiled, gave a thumbs up, and said, “Take your time,” which didn’t address the request. When I followed up again, he responded with what felt like a sarcastic “anything for you.”

At that point, we chose to speak with the manager. He apologized and comped the entire bill, which we appreciated.

What made the situation particularly frustrating was that throughout the delay, we observed other tables receiving refills and silverware without issue. It left us feeling singled out or deprioritized, especially when one member of our party was unable to eat for nearly 30 minutes. We understand that restaurants get busy, but consistent communication, accuracy in billing, and equitable service are basic expectations. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of that

Went to get my Super Bowl order, and they had system issues that allowed extra online orders be added which was above what they could do. My order was one of them.
However, I have never before seen such a team pull together and try to do whatever they could to get everybody their orders. Those team members were hopping, answering calls, running back to the kitchen, helping new walk ins, over, and over, and over again. I know some people will be complaining that their orders were late, but after watching the Wingers Team for quite a while, they only deserve praise, not criticism.

We hadn’t been to Winger’s for over 15 years, but after this visit, we’ll definitely be coming back more often. The food was great, with a surprisingly wide range of options. While Winger’s is best known for their Wings and famous Sticky Fingers, I decided to try something different this time—the Sticky Finger Rice Bowl with teriyaki-glazed chicken (instead of the Sticky Fingers). It came with rice noodles, vegetables, steamed rice, teriyaki sauce, and green onions, and it turned out to be a delicious, light, and satisfying option.

One huge bonus: this is the place for gluten-free options—there are so many to choose from, which is a rare find.

The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant felt clean and well-kept. With great food, solid service, lots of gluten-free choices, and a comfortable environment, it felt like a winning combination. Looking forward to coming back for the wings and Sticky Fingers next time!

i never write reviews, let alone bad ones, but usually it’s really good here, which is why this was so disappointing. last night our server, Jessie, took so long to get our drink orders that we ended up ordering our food at the same time. it still took about 30 minutes to get our drinks. when the food finally came out, it was basically brought one dish at a time over the course of about 20 minutes. we asked for extra sauce and it took another 10 minutes just to get three sauces. we had to repeatedly ask for drink refills, and when it was time to pay, we spent 20 minutes trying to find him just to get the check. the food was mediocre, but the service completely ruined what is usually a good experience. not sure if we’ll be back.

We visited for a business lunch. The staff was very friendly but service was extremely slow. I wonder if, like many places, they’re having staffing issues.

I tried both the sticky fingers and original wings. On the sticky fingers I had their house sauce and buffalo sauce. The house sauce was sweet and a little spicy. It was pretty good. The buffalo sauce was like any other buffalo sauce.

On the original wings I had the Caribbean jerk seasoning. It’s more of a dry rub. It had a little more heat, but still tasted pretty great. My favorite part was how crispy they got the skin on the original wings. Very good.

I also tried the garlic Parmesan fries and I’ll be honest, they weren’t great. They were soggy and too garlicky. They came with fry sauce that was way too sweet. I think I’d stick with regular fries next time.

Unfortunately the wings are quite poor. I tried 3 different sauce flavors and they all were 50% sugar syrup. The puddle of sauces had the look of entering into soft ball candy phase as it cooled. The sauces were very poor tasting in general with BBq just tomato paste and sugar no seasoning taste. I never waist food but I could not eat them and now feel quite sick. I would stay away.

From the beginning they served us well and our waitress was nice and always checking in on us. The food was brought to us at a reasonable time and it was hot and delicious. The popcorn was also good. Everything was just great and will be coming here again.

We were at the wingers in Provo, Utah on Thursday, January 15th 2026. Our server’s name was Kay, and I don’t remember who were some of the other people were working that day. I am celiac and so eating out always concerns me. Always special order besides being gluten free I am picky. Kay handled our order so well and I was so confident in eating my food that day. She was so very kind and patient with our needs. I would definitely recommend to anyone with celiac disease. Just tell them what you need.

I couldn’t have had a better experience here! The nachos were DELICIOUS and my tummy couldn’t be happier. although the unfortunate event of tonight where i wouldn’t have possibly been able to come back from; our amazing server Jess saved grandma from her burning car. most kind and gentle soul, was very understanding like bambi (from the hit disney movie, bambi), gave us extra queso. water would never be thick enough to drown myself in but my dear sweet queso… good service.
