Taco Bell is getting worse every trip in! Steak items gone! Combo choices changed. Place your own order with no option for printed receipts. No options for senior discounts. Portion size seems way smaller!!! On top of al that, the mild sauce was empty in the dining room so when my wife was at the counter she asked for some. The young man said sorry we’re out. She pointed to a full pan at the drive up station and said give me some of those. The young man told her that was for the drive up only! He turned to a manager and asked her if we could have some. Didn’t hear her response but we got some mild sauce!!!! Loosing us as customers!!!

Three non-English-speaking women were working in the kitchen, with no one staffing the front counter. The place was empty inside, yet it took 25 minutes just to get our food. As I watched other customers arrive and place orders, they ended up waiting just as long and had to go back to inquire about their meals. We had to do the same. This spot is an absolute disaster—they’re hiring people who clearly can’t handle the basics. I won’t be returning to this chaotic little taco joint from hell. Learn to speak English, figure out how to do your job properly, or find another line of work—it’s that straightforward. And if you’re supposed to be tracking orders, don’t act shocked when customers have to chase them down after 30 minutes. Shaking my head.

This place is terrible always. I only go there because its a 15 minute drive to the next taco bell. They are slow. Usually 15 minutes if you order at the kiosk. You’ll wait an extra 15 minutes to order at the counter. You wont always get what you ordered. Today I ordered 3 burritos and got 2. Thats been the better of my experiences here. I’m probably gonna start driving the extra 15 minutes

Atmosphere was great because l ran into two young men who was nice to try to help me order on the screen and then they paid for my food. The workers were two Spanish lady who was working the entire store. Drive thru counter and she didn’t understand us and we didn’t understand her so what l got was awful. Will not go back there again.

Very disappointed. I walked in to order from the kiosk because they told me the reward code would only work there. It took 13 mins to get a nacho bell grande and a crunchwrap. 1 person eating and no one in the drive thru. WHY did it take so long? I don’t think they started it until I went up to ask after waiting 10 mins. UNACCEPTABLE

now that what customer service is supposed to be like, Samuel and Selma made my vist amazing. i had a bad evxperience in another taco bell and i was very upset and almost never went back to another taco bell cause of it .. here they made the problem better even better then i would expect . other fast food restaurants should go and take notes thank you for doing your jobs md beyond

At this particular Taco Bell, there was not an available staff to give your verbal order to. They require you to use the kiosk; at which point the staff had to come around the counter to teach everyone to use it- not my favorite thing..

Worst Taco Bell I have ever went to. The order was wrong and it tasted like crap! They even verified the order and still got it wrong. How do you mess up a beef and cheese plain taco or better yet a chicken gordita with beef?

Food is consistently terrible since September 2023 shortly after we transplanted from Clearwater. Rice is always crunchy and the Fritos come out sauggy with a nautios and pukttid odor of camel vomit when you tear open the burrito.

I dash out of here and eat here. Service is pretty terrible. Slow, unconcerned, mumbley staff. Cleanliness is hit or miss. Food has been on point.
