I had been to this place before, but today I went with my family and we ordered 5 burgers and a hot dog. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The food was cold, like it had just come out of the refrigerator. The meat tasted like cardboard because it was overcooked. The hot dog was as cold as snow, so my niece couldn’t even eat it. I went to complain. I asked for another hot dog, and I don’t know if it was on purpose because of the complaint, the sausage was all burnt. Also, none of the employees wear gloves or hats. The service was terrible, especially David. If you talk to him, he plays deaf. Plus, he has a terrible attitude. I don’t understand why they don’t value the customer; it’s illogical… the facilities, the floors, and the tables are dirty… I will never return to this place.

What a horrible experience my wife and I just had at Dairy Queen on Havendale Blvd in Winter Haven, FL. We ordered a banana split/boat and an M&M Blizzard. I will say it was extremely busy, but that does not justify the poor communication and customer service.
They incorrectly told me my price total, they did not tell me how much the upcharges would be, and worst of all we had to wait for the #Blizzard 10 min. and 6 cars after they gave me the banana split. I actually had to call them and tell them we were instructed to wait and I needed to reiterate the order to them because they didn’t remember.
My family had been to this Dairy Queen over the years, with worse and worse service and food quality. This is the last time we will be coming to this location. I was not expecting my banana boat to end up in a banana river, which you can see my ice cream melted while we waited.

Ladies! LADIESSSSS! We’ve been sleepin on the Queen of Dairy. I decided to come thru randomly for lunch today, literally never having had their food items in my life and gurlies…. The tenders were tendering, fries were hot, and the Ranch, well we all know restaurant ranch just hits different. Just overall 1 word Crispy… Kwispy… K to the rispy! Will be back on my next calorie deficit day!

It was real busy first off. The girl taking my order got it wrong 3 times and then I got to the window and asked for ranch for the fried pickles and she replied I didn’t get fried pickles.. I got 2 small fries which I was thinking we have fries with our meal. So they had to put in an order for the pickles. So I had to pull around and wait. Got home and the gravy was so thick you could spread it and the tenders were over cooked toast was bread not even toasted with butter on it. By the time my pickles were done we had chocolate melted ice cream. Disappointed in DQ today. Below are a couple of pics the gravy actually clinging on for dear life and white toast.

The DQ cupcakes are the BEST at this location! (We have tried all of our local DQ’s) They are made with care! I met the woman who usually makes them here! She’s the sweetest. She’s definitely takes pride in her work. Give her a raise!!! LOL In addition to being delicious and pretty, the cupcakes here are the lowest priced ones! Thank you, Winter Haven DQ!!!

Best DQ in the area!! Customer service was top notch and food was AWESOME!! We went through the drive through and all food was made right. Large parking lot and capable of holding many cars and buses. We highly recommend ONLY this DQ when in the area of Winter Haven and Alburndale Florida!
