Clemson Trouble
We made a quick stop at the McDonald’s in Orangeburg while on the road, and it was just what we needed. The service was fast, our order was accurate, and everything came out hot and fresh.
The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating and clean restrooms—always a bonus during a road trip! It was an easy stop to stretch our legs, grab a bite, and get back on the road without any hassle.
Everything was as it should be—quick, convenient, and consistent. A good road trip stop we’d happily use again.

We stopped into this McDonald’s traveling from Charleston back home to Aiken. We were very impressed by the friendly staff and customer service. A very nice lady worked the counter and greeted each guest. And the food seemed very fresh. I never leave reviews but thought they deserved one. Keep up the good work. We ate lunch around 1 PM.

Yet another terrible experience. Tried the drive thru. Bad decision. Took 34 minutes while I waited in the reserved drive thru and my drink was long gone before I even saw my food. Forgot me then messed up my order twice. I’d be furious if I owned this place. Will never come back. AVOID.

I am compelled to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service at this McDonald’s location. It appears that the hiring process may be flawed, particularly in Orangeburg, South Carolina. In my opinion, a thorough overhaul of the staff is necessary, beginning with management and trickling down to the employees. I firmly believe that a strong management team would lead to improved performance from the workers. Unfortunately, each visit to this McDonald’s has resulted in disappointment.

I believe in 2nd chances and I’ve always loved Mickie D’s… So I just finished my Deluxe Crispy Chicken sandwich and OMG, I must say it was the bomb! I think because I was able to eat it while it was hot and didn’t have to warm it up in the microwave when I got home like the 1st one I tried… I mean it was so fresh and crispy… That crunch was everything honey!

This McDonalds is the worst by far and just tonight I was waiting for my food for an 30 minutes which is crazy and not only that but I heard the manager yelling at one of the workers not letting her speak and just unprofessional all together being very rude. Going through drive through is ridiculous. Half the time they don’t have the food ready and when they ask you to pull around they don’t bring the food about in a timely manner I waited 20 minutes for two breakfast meals one day. Then to top it off food was messy

So we get there about 8pm or 8:15pm we see there busy so we dont say anything, we just got a simple order two large coffees my friend has added a few things no big deal. Anyways we get to the window and get the coffees, you might as well ordered iced caramel and milk there was probably a SPLASH of coffee in it we pull back around ask for a remake they pull us to the 3RD WINDOW for 2 coffees? Anyways we at the 3rd window a lady comes up yall had two iced coffees she had medium in her hand they was supposed to be large. They STILL LOOKED LIKE NO COFFEE JUST MILK AND ICE. anyway she remakes the coffees again for a 3rd time and guess what? Still milk and ice atp me and my friend was fed up so we asked for a refund & to speak to a manager. I assume we got to talk to a manager because this girl walks up in just a tshirt and some slacks as i assume its the manager we tell her this is ridiculous & we just want our coffees made right. So she tells us to pull up at the curb so we do just that and she brings the drinks out, atp me and my friend was ready to go, we both try our coffees mine tasted okay but when my friend tastes hers she said it tasted funny , this girl ordered caramel drizzle btw. I try it, they put SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE IN HER COFFEE. At this point we drove away but i will NEVER return to this place again like if you dont wanna work there just quit i dont understand.
