I know this was partially an Uber Eats issue only because they delivered. But it was Denny’s completing the order that was the problem. They did not provide the side dishes ordered or the additional condiments. When I called which I had to call three times before there was an answer. The manager on duty at 5:30 p.m. said there was nothing he could do and it was an issue with Uber. When I said I was going to Yelp this, he asked if I was threatening him. I would have never said I would Yelp this if he took any personal responsibility. I just wanted him to know that it was the restaurant not Uber but he wasn’t willing to follow up to check on the order. I did not need cash back or credit. I just wanted to know this is the second time this has occurred.

I ordered oatmeal it wasn’t very good. I could eat better at home. Asked for a banana in it and I was charged a dollar thirty five extra. Think it was instant oatmeal meal. I tried to go on their website to see about coupons.My friend and I couldn’t even get on at all.So that was disappointing. Not a very good experience for this denny’s

Food came to my table cold. Chicken fried steak and gravy was room temperature. The grilled cheese also came out to table room temperature and without cheese being fully melted.

Danny’s is often considered a place where you end up and not intentionally go. I must admit that this was the case for me as well. The staff was super friendly, super on top of everything coffee was always full! Everything met or exceeded expectations!

We waited 10 min for a server to be in the front , when I finally got the attention of someone, she told us that it would be a 30 min wait because they have ONE PARTY of 30 people, mind you that’s literally the only party in the restaurant. I can understand if they would tell us that it will take a while we are seated to get us food but they legit just would have us wait in the front, make that make sense…. I guess when you have a parry of 30 you can get the entire restaurant for yourself….

It’s my birthday so where did I spend it? Denny’s for my free Grand Slam breakfast and all I had to do was show my id. No signing up and giving all your information out there. Our breakfast also included an order of veggie skillet, no eggs with lots of jalepeños The food was cooked to my liking and Sara, my sever, made sure of that. She was very attentive….making sure the food was good, refilling coffee/soda and very pleasant. The restaurant was busy this morning (8:30) but we were seated and served quickly. My husband and I have gone to other Denny’s but this one is the best. We’ll be back.
