To say this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to is saying A LOT considering I live by what I thought was the worst one in macomb county (9 mile in eastpointe, iykyk.)
Customer service is nonexistent here. No one greeted me or asked if I had ordered yet. When my food was done the young man slapped my bag on the counter without so much as a word or eye contact, and turned around a corner to get my drink without any basic communication, leaving me wondering if he was even going to get it. When he returned he held it out to me, again without a word or eye contact. Literally no one spoke to me. When I got to my car my fries were borderline soggy and my burger was slapped together sloppily and had onions that were sliced way too thick. Being short on time because I went for a quick bite before work, and with the experience I had, a complaint was pointless. I don’t expect much when going to a mcdonalds, but this was the worst experience I have had. They weren’t even busy, so it’s not like I could give a pass due to high order volume. I worked in food service for over 10 years and I can’t believe the lack of service I received here. Next time I want a quick burger before work, I’ll just go to burger king down the road.

I’ve been here 3 seperate times and EVERY SINGLE TIME it has been AWFUL. Food always tastes like it’s been sitting for hours. Just got these chicken nuggets and they’re literally so bad and the fries are overcooked. Never coming to this location again.

Today was a first! I ordered a Big Mac, opened it at home and noticed the bottom bun was in the middle. I worked at McDonalds all through high school and college so I know how these things are supposed to be assembled. People, please, do better.

Not the greatest. This is one of those minimal service McDonalds with basically no upfront staff. You either use a kiosk or place your order online. No problem there. However I absolutely HATE that they changed these so you can’t get your own drink. Refills are always difficult to get, and here, I even received the wrong drink to begin with. The fries were soggy and undercooked. The rest of the food was great.

Just ordered 4 snack wraps, a fry, and a 6 piece chicken nugget. 3 of the four snack wraps were good, but the fourth one reeked of chemicals/cleaner so we threw away. I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget for my son, it came in the 6 piece box, it only had 4 chicken nuggets in it.

I was very disappointed with this location today. We ordered a Large Coke. I admit we should’ve just went inside to get it, but we went through the drive thru. It was at least a 15 minute wait to get through with about 4 cars ahead of us. We got to the window and the guy says, “You had a large diet Coke, right?” We said no, a large Coke. He grabbed a drink sitting there and we even asked again to make sure it was Coke and he said yes. We left and it was Dr. Pepper. They couldn’t even get 1 drink order correct!!! We definitely will not be back. This place needs new Management as I see all of the horrible reviews!

Hours are incorrect. Says 24hrs bit have been here daily for weeks at 11pm and they are closed completely. Please adjust your hours on Google as I drove for 25 minutes just to see it was closed. When I called the manager stated you are open 24 hours but I returned at 11:30pm and you were closed again. Please update you hours.

Came in at 12am, they were too lazy to serve any food through the drive thru, they asked what we would like, and as we were telling them what we wanted, she proceeded to lie and say the system was actually down as the computer screens were on. Bad service
