This Chipotle is very good! I have been coming here since they opened years back. Not often lately because of traveling. When I do come back to town, I can tell you they are consistent in a good yummy way. Thank you Chipotle. Only things could improve is seating area is very small, and parking is very tight.

Over the years, we’ve had some ups and downs with Chipotle. Sometimes it’s the food, other times it has been the service or cleanliness of the restaurant. It’s the inconsistencies that can be frustrating. One visit, the food will taste great, then another visit, the rice will be hard, or it’s lacking flavor.
About half the times we go, they will usually be out of something, like no white rice, a particular meat, or tortillas, but it’s often a major ingredient.
There are also times when customer service is fantastic, and then there are times they have been rude and attempted to overcharge us for having things on the side that we didn’t put on our burrito bowl. Just tonight, we got Chipotle, and they tried to charge us $1.45 for extra rice. As we were checking out, the total didn’t seem right, so I asked why it seemed higher. They told us they were charging us extra for rice.
Their reasoning was that we asked for an extra scoop of rice. We explained that the reason we asked for an extra scoop of rice is because we come here often to eat and know how much rice goes in a bowl. The person serving the rice didn’t put enough in the bowl. Then, one worker saw that we requested the extra scoop, but it was because we didn’t get a normal amount. That person thought we wouldn’t notice the $1.45 extra charge for rice when, in fact, we weren’t getting any extra rice.
It would be nice if they had more consistency at their locations. If they don’t have the proper staffing ,I’d rather walk up and see that they are closed, then go in and order subpar food while interacting with disgruntled employees who don’t want to be there.

This Chipotle location consistently has good food and service, as well as a clean environment. I just stopped in at 7:30 pm for dinner and though there was a bit of a line, it moved quickly. The staff were pleasant and attentive. You can’t go wrong with Chipotle, but I also highly recommend trying the delicious All Taco mobile taco stand in the Auto Zone lot right across from this Chipotle, if you’re in the mood for something local and even more “authentic.” This Chipotle is awesome though!

I don’t get Chipotle math. I ordered the exact same thing 2 veggie tacos. At the Blaine location, it came to $6.92. At Columbia Heights, the same order was $7.14. That’s a 22 cent difference for no reason. What is that giving?? Are the Columbia Heights tacos sprinkled with premium parking lot seasoning? Do the tortillas come handmade by Beyoncé? Inflation by zip code is crazy

the chipotle in fridley is close to where i live and it was on the way home from my outing, got a burrito w steak, brown rice, pico, cheese and sour cream and was very disappointed. the employee gave literally two small scoops of rice and it is a very sad, skinny burrito. forgot to mention that the tortilla was literally cold, when i watched her put it in the machine to heat it, yet it came out cold still. honestly horrible service, 0/10 would never come back. the one in blaine gives 2x the proportions and is 2x bigger. i also took a bite into the burrito and bit into what i thought was even bones, but it was cold, uncooked pieces of rice. sickening, and terrible.

I definitely paid 40 bucks for this….I would have rather just let the dasher keep it! He was the only thing that was great about this order! The lady in the store told me I was wasting her time when I asked why my order was taking an extra 45 min only because it was for my kids. Then they sent my dasher to me with a bowl that looked like a dip because there was more guacamole than anything else. I love chipotle…just not this one! Customer service was horrible, food was not done timely(most cases understandably) but it was cold like outside…all around unprofessional, rude.
