Legacy restaurant on Tucson’s east side! Bar open at 3pm, dinner service starts at 4pm. We’ve been serving prime cuts, sustainable seafood, an extensive wine list and classic cocktails in the same beautiful adobe building since 1966! Our popular happy hour is one of the longest in Tucson, from 3-6:30p every day of the week. It’s also served on the patio which is comfortably heated and cooled depending on the season. We very much enjoyed the patio dining, it was quiet and has a very relaxing and cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff and amazing food. The Bison and Seafood pasta dish were especially amazing! We had Christmas Eve dinner reservations and were immediately seated upon arrival. Worth the money for an amazingly prepared meal. The Cork Tucson restaurant is at the top of our list, we will definitely be back!

Cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff and amazing food. The steak was cooked perfectly. The lamb chops were the best I’ve had in the US. The butternut squash was the seasonal veggie and was so delicious. The bread pudding was the perfect end to this amazing meal. We had dinner reservations and were immediately sat upon arrival. Worth the money for an amazingly prepared meal.

Wow, so much better than 4.5 stars! The filet was just wonderful as were the mashed potatoes and baked potato. Cocktail was goo and interesting. I got a mescal drink, and they’re a little bit strong. The waitress gladly brought me some modifications to make it bothmore interesting and better fory taste. Atmosphere is really different as they have been around for about 60, and much better than the typical restaurant in a strip mall. I also thought the prices were not crazy for a really good restaurant. The entrees came with two sides which is hard to find anymore. Really happy we found this place.

Solid Steakhouse Experience with Some Drawbacks ★★★☆☆
We dined at The Cork Tucson recently and had a mixed but mostly positive experience. The highlight was definitely the meat – it was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked, some of the best-tasting steak we’ve had in Tucson.
Our waitress was fantastic: super personable, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She had the best smile in town and made the evening much more enjoyable with her warm service.
That said, a few things held it back from being great overall. The portions are quite small for the price – everything felt very expensive for what you actually get on the plate. Also, there were no salad options on the menu, which was disappointing for those of us looking for lighter or vegetable-forward choices.
Good service and excellent meat quality make it worth trying if you’re craving a high-end steak, but be prepared for the premium pricing and smaller portions. We’d consider returning for a special occasion, when we win the lottery!

Took my hubby for his bday. He tried the bison, I had the ribeye with poblano special. Our son has the filet mignon. All steaks were cooked to perfection. Service was cordial. I was expecting a bit more about the ambiance. We sat on the patio. While it was comfortable, you only saw an appartmen complex.
If you dont care too much about the ambiance and love a good steak, I highly recommend this place. I usually take pictures before we start eating, but we could not stop eating since it was yummy!

First time trying The Cork happy hour, and it won’t be our last. Food was very yummy and well-priced, drinks were made well and delivered promptly, even though they were busy, and all of the servers were extremely friendly. The deviled eggs and bacon-wrapped shrimp were especially good!

Absolutely delicious food and a very relaxing environment. This place is a little pricey but it is totally worth the money!!!!! I tried foods I’ve never had and was not disappointed!!!! I am going to rave about there birthday brownie because it is the BEST tasting brownie I have ever had and to be honest I’d go every day just to eat it!!!!!!! Sorry no picture of the brownie. I did take pictures of the Surf N’ Turf and the Roasted Duck. Again everything was absolutely DELICIOUS.

I had a great experience here at The Cork. The atmosphere was dark and romantic inside, and quiet and spacious outside. I was able to have a whole area and table to myself! The server was great and the rest of the staff was amazing as well. The food was cooked to perfection, the plate was clean before I left. I’ll def get the steak next time, I got the lamb chops this time around. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area!

An absolute adventure for my taste buds. The Wild Game appetizer allows you to taste the Kangaroo, Bison and Venison, all of which are very flavorful. The Sonoran week 3-course special was worth a try. A perfect meal, from start to finish.
