This was a very good location. Love how very little interaction with the employees, all self-service, which is great. The food was hot and delicious when I received it. Tried the fried avocado for the first time, and it’s a bit too bitter for me. The cheese burgers were delicious as well as the fries.

I love Habit Burger, mainly for the quality and taste of their food but today was not a great experience. The restaurant seemed to be cluttered and the manager was not accommodating. I requested an extra ranch for the onion rings which were an additional add and was given the response “we charge 60 cents for extra ranch”. I paid $20 for the meal and I feel that 1 more condiment is not an unreasonable ask! That being said when I opened the ranch it was only half full as you can see in the photo!

Soggy bread and old, gross lettuce is just the start. This place has gone downhill fast. The tomato was trash, the meat wasn’t even that good. I ate about 2/3rds before I gave up. And why was I given a buzzer if they never used it? The lady just threw my order on the counter without saying anything. After a minute I approached to ask if it was mine, she seemed upset that she had to say anything. I was only kind and respectful, as always. It wasn’t even busy at 4pm on Tues so… sorry for making you work at work.

I’m generally a fan of the food at this Habit location, particularly enjoyed the Santa Barbara Charburger with fries this time around! It tasted great, and I was pretty happy with my meal.
However, I feel the staff could be a bit more focused. There seems to be a lot of playing around and chatting, even when customers are waiting to order or need help. It doesn’t majorly impact the service, but it does get noticed.
Even with this, the good food makes it worth a visit, and I’m happy to give it four stars.

I stop by this location yesterday. I ordered a Charburger well done and some French fries. When I got home and start eating it, I noticed an awful taste in mouth. The consistency was soft with a very moist center. It didn’t taste right to me, so I took it apart and noticed the meat was very pink in the middle. It wasn’t well done like I had requested it to be. So, I took it back to the location, spoke to the manager who was working the front cash register. She offered to make me another burger well done along with some fresh fries. But before she the new burger in the bag she tried to see if it was well done without wearing any gloves, breathing on my burger and she took dirty napkins that rubbed against the dirty counter to grab my French fries before throwing them in the bag. I didn’t feel like arguing with her after having to drive back up there to replace my burger in the first place. I was already frustrated. Now I’m sick with a stomach ache. Please do better when people are spending there money to come and support your establishment! They are some many other places when can go.

This is one of me and my husbands favorite locations to revisit. The food and quality is always consistent. Jabari the manager and his team are a great representation on the company. Jabari is always positive and gives great recommendations, he is well versed in the habit menu and seems to have a great relationship with his team. I redeemed my double char and my husband for a chicken club with a fry and drink. The fries were fresh and for the drink we mixed the passionfruit tea and strawberry agua fresca… SO GOOD! The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, as well as having good AC. In conclusion I would recommend eating at The Habit Grill ESPECIALLY this location.

Their charbroiled cheese burger is absolutely mouth watering and delicious. If you compliment it with some jalapeños, ketchup and banana peppers, omg! Also, their staff was very lovely, kind and welcoming. Very nice and clean location. Self served drinks and refills. Love their strawberry lemonade.

I ordered 2 BBQ char burgers, I asked for a side of BBQ sauce and they had the audacity to charge extra for it. How do they know how much BBQ I desire on my BBQ Burger?
I paid extra for the sauce and told the manager I’d leave a review about this, the manager LAUGHED out loud at me causing 2 more employees to laugh with her. The manager should be fired, this is unacceptable, so unprofessional, do not come here. This happend on 1/24/26 at 7:30 pm.

Ordered a salad and chose the fried chicken option. The chicken was under cooked and looks pink and when you bite it feels extremely cold. I went in to complain about the chicken and they didnt do anything to compensate for me. So i had to toss the salad away. Waist of money and health.
Also every location i go to habit gives barely any fries every time i order. I feel like i get half a portion of fries instead of a full portion. I posted photos as proof. I love their sweet potato fries but am irritated by the fact that they give a very small amount every time i order and when i ask for them to fill the fries properly or top it off, the workers say that that is their standard portion they give to every one and dont even want to fill my fries like i ask.
They should increase the amount of fries they give in a portion and compensate customers for raw food
