I went thru drive thru around 3pm after work. Not busy at the store. Order a Swiss butter burger double meal. I didnt want mushrooms, so #1 issue, they charged me 70cents to remove the mushrooms (not used to being charged extra from culvers) **apparently its culvers gives owners discretion to charge or not** , now i get to my room to eat after 20 min traffic and sit down to find MUSHROOMS on the burger. Very simple request, couldn’t be followed even when they charge you extra to (remove) (not grab them from a pan). Lame.

Normally I love Culver’s but tonight my night was ruined by a very simple order. Went through the drive thru and all I ordered was a crispy chicken sandwich and it also said that on my receipt so I was confident I was biting into a normal chicken sandwich. It was actually a spicy chicken sandwich. Normally I dont care but I am pregnant and spicy does not mix well with my acid reflux. Now my mouth and my chest are on fire from one bite, I am cranky and still hungry.

Best burger and fries around. My friend introduced me while I was visiting Chicago for a wedding, and the Deluxe did not disappoint on any accounts. A scrumptious and dependable experience! Love all the dedication from the staff as well. Looking forward to trying some of the ice cream next time with maybe the roast beef.

This location is close to the village public works yard I work at. I’ve always had great service and hot food from here. I’ve gotten the occasional mixed up order, but that happens everywhere so I don’t sweat it. We’re all doing our best, and this location has the best cheese curds.

I liked Culver’s, I had the butterfly shrimp dinner with fries, coleslaw, and a lemon with the shrimp, I didn’t know the dinner were with coleslaw so it were surprising. I also ordered the root beer Sunday and I seen sunday’s I can order in the future. I were able to enjoy my meal with a white milk, Culver’s has chocolate milk too, and the white milk were just as for a baby, fresh to say.
