This Panera is situated in a higher population area and has a high demand for orders, but even with that caveat, it is one of the slowest Paneras I’ve visited, even during non-peak hours. I’ve ordered a smoothie on the app during non-peak hours and have waited 20 minutes beyond what the app estimated. The lunch rush is pretty busy (what I waited through today), and while they’re cranking out orders, it seems like a challenge for a small staff to meet such high demand.
Pretty standard Panera food, small portions and pretty expensive but good for a treat or when they send out coupons.
They have a large dining area, and plenty of people are set up with laptops working.

Food is okay sometimes, they are pleasant but by far the slowest panera ever. I constantly wait at least 35-45 minutes even when I order ahead of the time or schedule a pickup. I understand staffing is an issue everywhere. I recommend finding away to update the Panera app to display a more accurate wait time. I will head there and once I get there it says my order is delayed. Having me wait an additional 30 minutes like I did today.

The bagels were really good. Asiago bagel had just the right amount of flavor. I got it delivered so I can’t judge atmosphere but it was on time so they had to have it ready for the driver on time. My only complaint is the new cream cheese that Panera is using. I don’t even mind that it’s a smaller amount for more money. The new cream cheese is tasteless. I’m stopping my weekend bagels until the old stuff is back.

Big spacious place, friendly and attentive staff, food was excellent and prepared very nicely and quickly. Saw a lot of regulars and people just sitting around enjoying their meal and quiet time.

Placed a “rapid” order that took 54 minutes to fulfill and they still managed to forget a bakery item in my order. Sadly ,this isn’t the first time of the less than speedy service at location… it will be the last though. Unacceptable service for the price you pay.

This Panera is consistent. Consistently bad.
It takes 20 mins for a bagel and cream cheese. And then it comes out sliced by a toddler. Avoid this Panera at all costs because this is what you will get EVERY. TIME.

Both times I dined here the young lady preparing and placing the food on the counter was extremely dismissive, rude and unhelpful. The older ladies running the register were sweet and helpful. Pleasant atmosphere but the service from the younger staff is horrid.

Made the mistake of going here on a whim for lunch. Waited 40 minutes for our food to be ready. It was all made right, and tasted great (not quite worth the price, but where is any more?), but the wait time was unbelievable. If I’d known the delay before ordering I would’ve gone somewhere else. Staff was apologetic and doing their best to handle the demand.

Stopped in for a bagel and a coffee. This store located in Monroeville PA was completely out of bagels at 12pm on Wednesday. Completely out if bagels. The coffee was self serve. We ordered 2 coffees, the counter person offered us 2 baguettes (as a replacement). The bill was $9.60 with the unwanted baguettes. The coffee station was out of the decaffeinated. The other coffees were warm at best not hot. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip for what. I placed the order, i picked up the order, and I bused the table. A terrible experience.

Found customer service perfectly fine, went on a Friday afternoon and got everything quickly so no complaints there.
I’ve always had a soft spot for Panera since I used to work at one but this was bad, the other ingredients have been downgraded in quality too. Certainly not worth $17 for a you pick two and a coffee.
Probably still alright for breakfast/pastries.
