Probably one of my worst experiences at a restaurant in recent memory. I’m sitting at my table now, 55 minutes after I walked in. I do have my food, but I haven’t been asked if my food is good (saltiest ribeye I’ve ever eaten, not even edible, broccoli is raw), I haven’t been asked if I need a refill, and two tables behind me have left after waiting 20 minutes to be acknowledged. The staff has mostly been rude. We’ve overheard things from them we should not have with my young kids here. My server is the nicest guy in the world, but I haven’t seen the guy in 30 minutes. No manager in sight. I would steer clear of this place from now on. Coming from a person that worked here 20 years ago and loved this place!

Ordered delivery.
Ordered boneless buffalo with a side of buffalo sauce. They gave me straight oil. It’s absolutely disgusting. Food is gross. So unacceptable
Edit – I dumped it out and a paper bowl to see what it looks like underneath and there’s like this nasty coating at the bottom.
Edit #2 – their own customer service is useless also. This place has gone downhill.

I came with my daughter because she loved Chili’s burgers and there ribs so I ordered her burger meal and a full rack with fries, because we had planned to take the half home, we were close to the kitchen and our server told his colleagues how we were big eaters, when he brought our order all them out at the kitchen door to see who was getting the order as woman I felt out of place, I couldn’t stand my server and didn’t want to make a scene, so we stayed through bit I will never come back to this location

Food was great. It took one hour in a non-busy restaurant though to get my food as a single table, the waitress only came to the table 3 times, and was sitting at a table with a group for more than 30 minutes of my visit, overall the rating has negatives solely because of the waitress, and the atmosphere could be better by not having the music loud enough to compete with the crowd sounds.

We’re in town for a volleyball tournament and just wanted something small. I placed a mobile order for some chips and salsa. I parked in the To Go spot and it was ready 10 minutes sooner than expected. Pick up was easy; I got a text my order was ready and went in through the To Go door on the side by the To Go parking. There were two people in front of me, but the Chili’s staff asked us for all our names and handed two of three of us our food (the other wasn’t quite done). There was a dasher there, so they participate in that, too. She handed me my bag and we headed on our way.

Let me start by saying, I am not a fan of any of these food chains. The food is subpar and honestly the service is what will either make or break the experience. We had a pretty decent server, I did not enjoy any of the food. I ordered the boneless chicken with 2 different sauces on the side. The rest of my part ordered various items. Drinks were decent, but the food is premium dog food at best. I’d say, start with the drinks if you’re going here even if you’re starving… have a drink first

Hands down best experience! My husband and I went in after a maternity appointment where I had blood drawn and was now feeling very faint. I told the hostess I needed food right away, she made a suggestion, grabbed the waiter fast, and they put a rush on my order while my husband decided on his food. It felt like about 2 minutes later they were quickly bringing my food over as well my drink. The waiter was perfectly attentive the entire time, even bringing me a fresh drink the second I finished mine. The level of care and attention was exactly what I needed at that moment and I would come back to this one any day. Thank you guys so much for the best experience when I needed it most

Came here on a Sunday night. Slightly busy, but seated immediately. Our waiter, Carlos, arrived very quickly and took our drink and appetizer order. Both came promptly and was cooked perfectly. This is just a well-run Chili’s.
