I had previously reviewed Buffalo Wild Wings as Hertz rentals, so here is my proper review. First, the staff is very attentive. I went for a mid-week lunch, was seated promptly and was introduced to my server who had an understudy in toe. Reviewed the menu as the server highlighted specials and took our drink order.
Our drinks arrived quickly and my wife and I ordered. We did inquire about first responder/military discount which we were humbly offered. I ordered the burger and tots my wife got the tenders and fries. I also order a ten piece boneless wings to go. All orders came within 15-20 minutes, hot and fresh with plenty of sauces. I ventured to the bathroom which was very clean and well maintained.
For entertainment, there were plenty of big screen TVs to watch your favorite shows. Overall, the restaurant was very clean, staff friendly and helpful, and the food quality was above par. We added Buffalo Wild Wings into our rotation for date day/night outings for good customer service and tasty food.

Waited 35 minutes and not one employee bothered to engage with us. Several looked at our empty table, but they never bothered to acknowledge us waiting. We were patient as we knew it was a busy Saturday NFL playoff day, but as I sit here writing this complaint at the table waiting for service I felt you should know there are serious issues with this location when it comes to service. I had been going to this location for years, off and on, but after this happening for the second time in the past few months, I feel the trust of quality service has been broken, and I do not intend to return. Judging by the other comments I see on Google reviews we are not alone in this ghosting activity.

I couldn’t even enjoy my meal, the place smelled like “skunk weed” even after changing tables. Server and my two guests even noticed the awful smell. The manager didn’t seem to care about our concern. This happend once before during football season, someone at the bar went out to the patio and came in smelling like weed. It’s a shame we couldn’t even enjoy the food because of the smell.

Been going here for years and no issues. Stopped in today for lunch and they were busy, but still plenty of open tables. We were seated. During our time there, one table had been served twice, and only that table. In 20 minutes we had 3 servers walk past us without saying anything. I watched another table that was there before us experience the same thing. At one point we had a server come to an empty table right next to us and walk away. The entire time we were there we had enough time to take our child to the bathroom, pick our drinks, appetizers, and food out, and watch only 1 table get service multiple times without anyone stopping by.
I don’t know what happened as we’ve never had issues with this place before.

First time at this location and it was such a disappointment.
Lackluster and inattentive service, and that is being kind. Other than the drink and food orders, we had to flag the server down for everything and sadly there were several times when we needed the server. A bug in my drink started things off, followed by the wrong sauce, and getting salt and vinegar rub instead of malt vinegar for the fries (and being charged for it!), to getting our bill, and then getting the bill corrected.
In addition to getting charged for something we didn’t ask for, nor were we informed that would be a charge for sauce, my husband never got the beer he ordered.
The server never checked on us to see how the food was, if we needed refills, or wanted to order anything else. Silverware was never offered so I just ate my chicken tenders with my hands.
Overall the location isn’t very clean and is in need of some TLC and a serious deep clean (see pictures).
We have been to the Culpeper location where the establishment is clean and the service is great.
Had we not been on a tight schedule, I would have asked to see manager but the slow service cost us too much time.

Love sitting outside at Buffalo Wild Wings on a nice day. Their portions are huge so you definitely get your money’s worth here. They have a good lunch menu. Wings and wraps are good. Decent beer selection. I’ve always experienced good service.

I’ve been a regular at this location for years. The service and food quality has went downhill compared to the other Buffalo Wild Wing locations around the region.
My party and I were sat at a table near the bar area by the hostess. We were waiting there for 15 minutes for someone to take our order then a waitress with a nasty attitude came up and asked us if we just walked in and sat us there. We told her a hostess sat us at that table but she accused us of lying and said she is clocking out soon and wont serve us. Hostess came and moved us to another section of the restaurant but didnt apologized for the mixup or the rude waitress.
When we received our food it, it came out cold and dry. The new waitress never came and check up on us for refills. We had a server from the kitchen that brought out food asking for a tip since its his last day.
I highly recommend going to the Stafford or Massaponix location instead of here as the service at those locations are more professional and the food is better.

This employee knows exactly who he is. I don’t care to know his name but when I came in today with my family I was greeted with a warm welcome from a nice young lady. I asked for a specific table and she told me hold on and she came and told me that we could sit there. Once he made his appearance he said out of his mouth “ dios mío “ which was very very rude. I politely asked for him to not be able to service us because of what he said. I believe that no one should be treated which that kind of disrespect and I hope and pray no one says that to his family or friends. Also I want to give 1000 stars to Mariah! She was amazing from start to finish. She gave the best suggestions on drinks and made us feel really good about being there. But as far him. I hope that the manager there speaks with him and lets him know that he is at work and that wasn’t appropriate to say. #StayBlessed #DoBetterDude
