Regular customer here. Northern Idaho has the worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten, THANK GOODNESS FOR PANDA! The various Panda restaurants have varying levels of service, but what I care about is that most of the time the food is very good quality, fresh, hot, very tasty and a good value. Consistency is good, but all Panda’s suffer from timing the batches of food with the demand. I’ve been very pleased with this location.

We sat in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes, finally got to the window after ordering, we asked for 2 fortune cookies and extra teriyaki sauce! We were asked to pull forward because they were waiting for orange chicken said it would be about 2 minutes! Sat there for another 10. We got home, the food was lukewarm, we got no fortune cookies and absolutely zero teriyaki sauce! No sauce for the egg rolls at all! Very disappointed in the service!

Usually never have issues. I understand its new years but why did I get 3 ragoons and 1 had very little cream cheese and the 2 had none at all. My bf had only 1 that was filled full and 2 no cream cheese. Made me disappointed

Yes I know this location is notorious for bad service and yes I know I showed up 50 minutes before closing. When they only have three items available to order and then they ask you if you want any appetizers you say sure and then they tell you they don’t have any. So I got something simple orange chicken and chow mein bowl and over half of the bowl wasn’t either chow mein or chicken. Absolutely a waste of money and time

Taste Great, clean and trays where full or being refill right away. Only reason for not full 5 stars, was that the Fried Rice was running low and she stretched it to cover the 4 plates. Was done before we even started to get to the meats.

I ordered online to pick up at 4:30 pm,arrived at the restaurant at 4:20pm and my order was ready since 4:09pm I was very mad because i ordered for later pick up. They didn’t read the instructions on the order.I got 95% vegetables and 5% noodles,look pic below. I spread the noodles..Do U see any noodles?…My food was cold. I noticed the trays are packed with food ,so food is not fresh and it gets hard and cold fast. I personally would not go back again. No napkins ( was requested on app)
