The food was great. I had a Freddy’s original double combo with a vanilla concrete. My wife had a spicy chicken sandwich and a chocolate concrete. After a long wait, I had to ask about the concretes because they forgot to make them.
We dined in and could not find a clean table. There were at least 15 empty tables all with varying degrees of uncleanliness. We grabbed a bunch of napkins and cleaned a table. The floors were dirty and a bit slippery. Definitely in need of a degreasing.
We bypassed Five Guys to go to Freddy’s tonight. We won’t do that again. I won’t give up on Freddy’s,
but I’ll wait a while before I go back to see if things have improved. They have great food but a clean environment is essential!

Drive through wait was terrible, but the service was relatively friendly. Seemed a little busy and the poor girl on drive seemed rather new. By tge time I got to the windows and got my order the shake I ordered was complete liquid, however they did replace it for me with no argument. I ordered the upgrade to chili fries and failed to double check my bag until getting home, and alas, no chili for the fries.
Highly recommend better training and a quality control person. Will still return but was very disappointed this time around.
I will add food was still terrific even cold by the time I got home. My family very much enjoyed the meal!

Drive-thru service was slow and our frozen custard was runny by the time we received it. They seemed understaffed and overwhelmed, which is understandable for such a busy location. The young man who helped us was kind and apologetic, though we did have to go inside for spoons that were missed.

Went here to grab a bite to eat on our way back from Galveston after riding electric scooters on the seawall, which was some of the most fun I’ve ever had as an adult. But back to the review of the restaurant 😉 My husband and I both had the California burger, which is a smash style cheeseburger. It comes with fries which are shoestring fries and we added a side of onion rings to try them. They have several dipping sauces for the fries which was a nice touch. The food was excellent as well as the service. We both had frozen custard for dessert. Equally delicious. Wish we had a Freddy’s in Webster. But it’s worth the drive even though this one is in League City. We’ll be back without a doubt, the next time we go scootering on the seawall. Only the next time we’ll be doing it with our own scooters We loved it so much, I immediately got online & bought my husband & myself our own electric scooters. I totally recommend both activities!

Absolutely LOVE Freddy’s! Family favorite all day. They never skimp on the fries, burgers always delicious &fresh, kids LOVE the milkshakes/soft serve, and we’ve recently discovered the cheese curds! AMAZING.

The food is ok. Not worth the wait. There are 3 cars in front of me and I sat here waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. The service is terrible inside as well. I would avoid going to this place it’s expensive and not worth the time and effort. Go to in n out. Faster service. Not over priced and fresher ingredients. I regret coming here.

The style of burger is quite unique. I love the concept. The burger was pretty tasty and spicy as i like. The fries were a bit on the hard side more of a crunchy fry than your normal soft fry.
The vibe of the place reminds you of the old school burger and fry joints you see in movies filmed in the 50’s. Cool place for solo , romantic or family dates.

Really loved the custard! 10/10 fries were well seasoned. Burger was okay they were like a slider to be decently full you have to get a combo with a custard.

The drive thru is so slow. It would actually be better to just get rid of the drive thru all together. It’s false advertising at this point. As I write this review, I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes and there are still 3 cars in front of me.

Food is good. If you don’t like mustard asked for no mustard because they put more on your burger than whataburger. Very messy. Get lots of napkins! Frozen custards all flavors are great.
