I told the guy at the front counter I wanted the honey mustard chicken sandwich and pointed to the picture also just incase didn’t here and still put it in and never read our order back and then he still insisted on me to pay for the sandwich I asked for in the first place never said wrap and the quality of that the 4200 stadium Dr. Kalamazoo Michigan is no where close to good quality and they really need to be retrained on how to make food I work with fresh meat for a living and I know chicken ain’t comin like that or should ever be like this is disrespectful and shows they ain’t got pride in serving good food to people

Dining room ordering ignored by employees, orders through drive-thru we’re more important. While I was waiting to place my order to other potential lunch orders were not placed and the people walked out. The employee working the front area did not care and had their back to us the whole entire time.

Expected a bit fresher toppings on my Impossible Whopper. Thumb prints in my burger buns, pickles missing center, smashed tomatoes,… Did someone eat on my Whopper before me? For such a new looking and clean dining area I expected the food to be better. Will give it’s second chance.

It was about 11 pm when I came through the drive thru the other night and I have to say this might be prime time! Whoever is running the place at night is doing it right. I haven’t seen a burger that looks just like the picture in a while. And with what looked like only 2 bodies on staff excited to see if the quality is contagious! (Wish I had a pic. Give me a reason to take one next time!)
